It isn't worth the money! I have had to deal with software issues and a lot of hassle. I would get a XLR or USB mic and a cheaper headset from HyperX or SteelSeries as this isn't worth the price to be honest! I am a disappointed!

Absolutely love this headset! I love the interchangeable batteries as when one is dead and can swap over.

not worth the almost $400 after tax, headphones sound like absolute trash out of the box and still sound like trash after messing with the steel series sonar and eq app and anything with bass would be super distorted. the left ear would cut out when it wanted to and to get it to come back you had to smack the earphone or the headband. when watching youtube videos if the person behind the camera would talk it would go crackly. i ended up going back to my hyper x cloud flights that are $250 cheaper and the sound quality was 100x better with no eq

I had to get a new headset for my PS4 and this was a great option with great value. I could use it for my PS4 and my PC to game.

I did my research. I read a bunch of reviews and watched a bunch of YouTube reviews. All were completely over rated and I was left utterly disappointed when I actually got these and tried them. They were nowhere near as good as the reviews would have you believe. I'm unhappy with the purchase and consider it to be a giant waste of money and a lousy decision on my part. For nearly the cost of an entire PS4 console, I got some headphones that aren't as good as the much cheaper ones I already had and which now sit lonely and unused in my drawer while I use my older, cheaper, better ones. I just don't understand all the positive reviews. The sound is dull, and yes I turned off the limiter. There's a hiss constantly in the background. Worst of all, they are horribly uncomfortable, making my ears really hot which pulls you out of the game and immersion. The only reason I don't return them is because I don't have a best buy I can actually go to in order to conveniently make a return. I'd have to ship it back to best buy and I don't want to deal with that hassle so I'll just swallow the $330 as a waste & mistake on my part. I learned 2 lessons from this debacle. 1. You really have to take these positive reviews with a giant grain of salt. 2. Never purchase something like this again "sight unseen". For this price, I should have tried them with my own ears first instead of just believing all the positive reviews. If that's not possible, then I should have at least bought them locally so a return would be easy and feasible. Sigh... Live and learn I guess. What a shame. What a waste of money.

Definitely on the expensive side, but these things are amazing and worth it.

Works great for PC but can't comment on PlayStation use. I'd still recommend it.

Tbh I don't recommend these. Mine were faulty but when they did work the mic quality was terrible. Just very very bad. The audio was ok. I had hyperx before and it was on par with them. Over all it was underwhelming for the price range.

I've never owned headphones that sounded this good before example they sound better than the astro a50 I own

AMAZING worth every penny in features and upgrades compared to m7 old pair of arctis 7’s 10/10

I love this headset. There are so many ways to customize them to your liking so it’s perfect for everyone.

I would recommend this head set to any true gamer.
