Customers frequently mention the superb sound quality and long battery life as top features. Comfort is also praised, although some users note fit issues depending on head size. While the Bluetooth functionality and range are appreciated, a high price point and some software quirks are common criticisms.

It’s a very great mic and I can quite say that it’s one of the top mics I liked and my favorite mic because of its comfortable cushions on the ears and the crisp sounds it has and it’s so convenient that you don’t actually have to worry about charging no more but switching out the battery which is prolly the best thing for a wireless headset and the battery takes 20-30 min in the dock charging to have a 10 hour gaming session and it’s real nice to have your own personal settings to your liking and which you get a different feel and it’s feels real premium and the touch of the steel on the mic is fantastic to be going from a cheap mic to a turtle beach head set that was plastic to a steel series mic is a game changer and I can say if u wanna go big get the steel series pro wireless it could be just for u.

Worked great for me. These had very good comfort but just needed to be worn in like a pair of shoes first. Sound quality was very good but just had an annoying white noise for me. Amount of features and ease of use was amazing!

If you're looking for a comfortable headset that you'll never really have to plug in, this is the one. The dock charges one battery while you game, so it's just a quick battery swap and you're back at it. I have to say, I wish more wireless products used this method, no cords, ever coming out to your devices would be a dream. Make sure you download the software from SteelSeries to customize your sound! This is important as you can customize the frequencies you hear, which is great for toning down higher pitched frequencies if you have sensitive hearing like I do.
There are three things that I think need to be addressed in the future though. The first being the price. For the money, I would expect a little bit more out of the headset as far as adjustability is concerned.
That leads to my second item, adjustability. There really isn't much, you can't seem to raise or lower the plastic part, you rely only on the soft fabric section to adjust. It works, but as you adjust the fabric, the gap between the comfortable elastic band and the hard plastic becomes thinner. If you've got a big head, you may find this uncomfortable.
Lastly, the microphone mute button. Oh my lord this is the worst button if I'm being honest. You can press this button with just about anything. Lean back in your chair, button is pressed. Scratch the back of your head, you've pressed the button. I personally don't use the built in microphone because I have been playing solo RPG games since I purchased the headset, but I can imagine how annoying it would be playing with someone and losing your microphone because you breathed and pressed that microphone mute button lol

Considering the price, I'm a little disappointed. It's definitely a step up from the Arctis 7 but it's certainly not worth double the price. I do like the headset though, and there is a notable difference in audio quality. Having the DAC unit is also quite nice, and more reliable for adjusting volume- as well as being able to adjust some settings while in games and such. The battery swapping is also super nice. The only complaint there is that the volume control is much coarser for some reason...

Is been a long time since I found a good pair of headphones that can do more that just do music. These headphone is amazing from the feel on your head to the audio quality and flexibility it has. Working from home has helped to stream audio while still be able to talk on the phone with someone. At the same time this headphones battery last an entire day about 10hrs before I have to swap it over. The DAC works great not only to configure settings from the headphones but also to charge the spare battery and route other device to it via Aux or optical audio cable and so on. It comes with everything to get you going. They are not heavy considering they have battery and electronic parts on it. They are by far way lighter than other previous headphones I have owned. They are not cheap but you pay for what you get.

The headsey is overall a great headset but the price could be cheaper seeing how it randomly disconnects from time to time. I've bought my fair share or headsets and this one has to be hands down the best one I've used in terms of sound. It's q comfortable headset but I've had better and its battery swapping ability is handy, but I've used headsets that had a 30hrs play time (HyperX cloud Flight)and thats PERFECT no swapping out batteries and it last ALL DAY qnd charges at night.

So many features to rave about! The one that matters most is the quality of the audio, and this headset does not disappoint. In-game directional sound is fantastic. The ability to separately control the chat (even Discord) volume vs game play is a huge bonus. The range on these is far beyond expectation. I can be 30+ feet away through numerous walls and still have crisp audio and chat. Battery life is great, and swapping batteries with the magnetic cover is super quick. I'll keep my wired headphones for travel but otherwise I will never go back. Get these. You won't be disappointed.

These are by far the best headset ever. I've been using the Arctis 7 since 2019 and one of my friends told me to try the wireless pro so I did. Although the sound is similar, having 2 interchangeable batteries is awesome for long sessions of gaming. No more down time. Also you can set up the Bluetooth connection to your phone so when a call comes in, you can easily take the call without taking the headset off. The features of the DAC is pretty great too.

A headphone with truly no compromises

[Used with a PC, coming from a 4 year old pair of astro a50's]
These things are solid, and full featured. Fully customisable EQ, adjustable side tone, game/voice chat mix, excellent wireless performance with the option to go wired if you want true hi-res audio, bluetooth connectivity, spatial sound virtualization. These are a no compromise set of cans.
Some (minor) cons:
1. Adjusting these headphones are a bit finicky but once you get it dialed in you shouldn't have to touch it again (unless you are sharing the headset with someone)
2. Nearly everything is controlled through the volume wheel which requires you to look down at the DAC to see what setting you are actually adjusting (I much prefer astros solution here where every setting has its own button...it's not as simple but once you get used to it, everything can be done easily by feel alone)
Pro tips for set-up:
Volume too low? Disable the volume limiter in the DAC (located under options). - this is turned on by default
On PC? download the DTS unbound app from the windows store, this allows you to use DTS Headphone: X (you will be able to enable it for these headphones at no additional cost, if you want to use it for other devices, you will have to purchase a license).
In general: there is a bit of a learning curve when setting these up and getting the most out of them, but if you truly want everything without compromise, you'd be hard pressed to find something better.

These are definitely expensive headphones! However, they are also extremely well built and well imagined…
First, the battery implementation is nothing short of genius! Essentially you NEVER have to wait to charge a dead battery leaving you without headphones.
As for the build, it’s exceptional. Very soft on the head, yet durable where needed.
I am really enjoying these new headphones.

I bought these is 2022. BONK me on the head for thinking i was getting newly released headphones when my A50s headset after year and a half start charging. I may have used this headset for only a single hour, but i could see a huge difference between them enough for me to return them due to the huge differences. I think i own the white pair of arctics steel series before the A50s as soon as PS5 was released and they actually worked great, nice mids and highs just a tight punch to get you through for bass. I didnt hate them, but when i dropped the dollar amount for the A50s i could see a significant difference. Much more louder than the arctics pro wireless could even come close to. And the bass difference between them, I just had to go back to the A50s again for now until i see a better outperforming headset release. Id save your money if you like the arctic series for how they sound and get a more cheaper option for now. Nothing can outbest the A50s is volume, and bass at the moment. As yes i am excluding the distorted noise people say they hear with the A50s when their turn up higher but it barely can be noticed by me. Hope this opioning doesnt upset too many people.

Do you have a big head? Does your cranium not fit most headphone bands? WELL LOOK NO FURTHER. I got a certified big head and these are comfy as heck. Not only that, but they feel like they cost you an arm and a leg(bc they do). They feel like the money you spent, got some weight to em. Sound quality on these bad boys? Chefs kiss. I can hear footsteps before they even take the step. Did I mention im on ps5? And they work like a DREAM. Treat yourself and get you a nice pair of headphones.

Well made and great sound. Being able to switch the battery out and swap it out for another one so I don't get sweaty years from wearing it for a long gaming session unless you're just a sweaty person but I don't suffer from that. On top of that you if you don't like the style you can personalized your headset by buying different plates for the headset and different elastics for the headset strap.I can't stop recommending Steelseries headsets to anyone to will listen. No pun intended.

I bought these for my teenage son. He's been using them every day for the past 10 months. He used them throughout remote schooling and also uses them for gaming. He absolutely loves them. He says they are comforts, hold a charge well, and have excellent sound. We originally got the Corsair Virtuoso headphones for him, but they just weren't the quality of comfort he was seeking. We exchanged them for the Arctis Pro and paid a little more. It was well worth the extra money. A+!

I gotta say, WOW I wish I saw this amazing headset a long time ago! It's so comfortable and it sounds amazing with DTS spatial sound on PC. I really like the battery in the headset, that it only takes less than a minute to just swap the battery from the headset and into the dock AKA DAC. $350 is worth it! I know it's pricey but it's worth it for PC but not sure about PS4 or other consoles because I don't have them.

I bought these in sept 2020 while looking for a cord free solution to gaming headsets. these have, by far, have exceeded expectations. batteries are easily changed out , one charges inside the amp while the other is in use. There is an option to be connected to the amp to keep batteries charged while in use. I am able to walk comfortably around the house without losing reception. The headsets are lightweight and very comfortable , great for those extended gaming days. highly recommend!

The headphones worked really great and the sound was premium. I’ve had them for two years and finally the hinge connecting to the ear cup broke while I was putting them on. Luckily I had purchased warranty and was able to exchange them. Purchase warranty because you never know when something might snap from normal use.

Was originally torn about spending this much on a pair of headphones, but in the end, I don't regret it. Having excellent sound and wireless freedom during work-from-home time has been fantastic.
Swapping batteries is simple and there is no noticeable latency during gaming. The extendible boom mic is nice so that you don't have to have it in front of you if you don't need it.
The pads are comfortable for my head size (average) and seal tight enough to keep out ambient sounds.
