For the price of this thing I expected sound to be above mediocre! Amazing features and connectivity options for the price tag. I had my phone connected via bluetooth for music listening alone. I also connected this to my gaming laptop and gaming was unbearable due to sound performance out of these headphones. I expected more volume and more bass for the size of the drivers. Small annoyance was the padding around the ear accumulated warmth making them feel uncomfortable for long sessions of use. Being very disappointed, I returned within days.

If at a full charge it breaks up and has connection issues I have a big head they are comfy I love them other then the small issues with connecting and staying connected they have been great and no updating didn’t fix the issue so don’t tell me to update

Seem great at first, but then sound started cutting in and out every 5 min.. Went back to what I had before these the Astro A50's, such a better headset. Deff not worth 330$, doesnt even come with a stand to put them on like the A50's.

Steel series doesn’t disappoint. The removable batteries are a really nice feature

Eh for the money im not impressed at ALLL! The volume keeps going down by it self whenever im playing. i find myself not hearing things because the volume goes down by itself.

Highly recommend downloading the SteelSeries Engine 3 software to optimize the headset while in games.

I bought this headset with a ton of excitement as its highly touted as the best wireless headset for gaming and streaming - and I would hope so at this price point. Unfortunately my experience varies greatly. There was a strange audio issue where my voice was playing back to me twice, so it sounded like there was an audio effect on my voice. I'm running a simple setup with the wireless receiver just receiving a line in from my mixer. I checked SteelSeries forums and couldn't find others experiencing this. I even turned off all voice monitoring settings on the headset and still my voice coming through twice, which told me there was likely an issue. I updated the drivers - nothing. Factory reset - nothing. I spent over a week on and off (in free time between work and having to use my old headset for streaming/filming content) trying to get this set to work and it just wouldn't. I tried reaching out to SteelSeries - unable to reach anyone over the phone. So I sent an email and opened a ticket through their customer service, outlining my issue in great detail. 13 days later I received a response. No resolution or troubleshooting in that response, but rather just asking if the issue persisted only in wireless mode or when wired (which was outlined in my initial ticket). At this point I had already recently returned the headset as my return deadline was quickly approaching and the nearest Best Buy is a 60 minute drive, so I had to return it while I was already in town. I was VERY ready to love this headset, but unfortunately a weird bug (that I still think could've been resolved if given the proper help) and really bad customer service completely soiled the experience for me and left me. For a brand with as many top of the line (or at least priced like top of the line) products as SteelSeries I am genuinely baffled and disappointed with the low quality of service they provide. Seems like they are completely understaffed, or aren't provided their customer service team with the tools needed to quickly identify and resolve issues for customers.

Has great wireless compatibility and can also sync up your phone and use it at the same while gaming

I'm going to be a bit more busy with my friends and family and I love my headphones

The audio is nice. The weight is okay. The thing is so uncomfortable though. The band and strap are not adjustable. This is NOT one size fits all.
