Disclaimer! This is for a PC review only! For $320 I expected a lot better than what I got with these. Owning them for about 5 months and coming from an old used pair of Astro A50's, the experience I have had with these headphones are just disappointing on so many levels. I had to RMA this headset, with just 4 months of use because my left ear was coming off completely. The RMA process was swift I will give them that, but unfortunately I am already seeing the same wiggling issue with the right ear cup this time after less than a full month of use. The microphone is on par with the A50, a little downgrade in quality if I had to rate it. The base station and the spare batteries are a real plus on this headset. Unfortunately there is where the positives for me at least end. After a few hours of use my ears just start to ache, something that didn't happen with the A50's. Overall for a more expensive product, I am just disappointed. The sound quality in my own opinion is also a big downgrade from the A50's in terms of overall loudness and bass that these headphones bring. I would rather go with a hyperX headset for a budget headset or a pair of Astro A50's for a high end *gaming* pair. Overall I decided to try SteelSeries out after being burned by their other headsets and keyboards (their mice are actually great). SteelSeries headsets seem too fragile for the price point unfortunately and they are just too uncomfortable.

This headset seemed to be all I ever wanted, but then I got it. Apparently there is a noticable static noise whenever they are powered on. I checked to make sure sidetone was off and even with it off... still static. I looked it up and it seems to be a known issue. Even rtings acknowledges it. It just isnt something you would think about (or at least I would think about) when getting a headset. I'm sure some people can get around it, but not me.

No complaints. This headset is amazing and fits my niche perfectly

Did not sound as good as my Astro A50s, and nowhere near as comfortable. Also, the one I bought would pair with my PC and phone, but not with my PS5. Had to return.

It thinks it’s ok when it comes to being a Bluetooth headset. I do like how you can simultaneously link your calls while playing. The battery life is not that friendly.

First, Best Buy said they could deliver these next day. That was a lie. Instead I received them 5 days after ordering them, and Best Buy didn’t want to cancel my order so that I could pick them up from the store. Five days doesn’t seem that bad, but they were delivered from Baldwin Park, Ca to Cerritos, Ca, about 15miles apart roughly. Second, these headphones connected pretty easily, and they worked for about three days. The mic now fails to connect to the console, and no one can figure out why, or how to connect it back. These headphones work fine when connected to my laptop, and my phone, but not my PS4, for which I bought them for. I am currently in process to fix this with steelseries, but exchanging emails one for one, is time consuming. Search for Steelseries arctic pro wireless connectivity issues with PS4, and you’ll see what I am talking about. Unfortunately this is my first product from steelseries, and this will most likely be my last. I encourage anyone looking at this to not buy these unless you have time and money to waste. I also heard that steelseries has horrible customer service, and I can confirm this to be true.

It’s good just the switch for the volume is on the back so if you sit and put your head back on pillow or something while playing it beeps and moves the volume the whole time pain in the butt

Awesome for streamers who stream from a computer while playing on a console.

Great purchase, didn't work on my xbox but worked on my pc.

I love it so versatile very worth the price will purchase again
