I don't understand how Best Buy or Steelseries could even let a headset with the inability to TURN ON get past quality control! All I get is a worthless base station and a crappy ear warmer for $360. I already had to wait 6 days to purchase the item due to limited in-store availability, now I have to return the product without exchange, and to replace it I have to wait even longer due to low stock. Get it together Best Buy. I'll revise my review if my experience with the replacement is better but this was just crazy. I was told it was in limited stock because it was a "specialty item," if it's so special then be more attentive when selling it.

Good concept, poor implementation. The dual battery is buggy. The dock often fails to detect that it needs to charge the second battery.

This headset may be a decent headset, but inevitably it will break on you as many other people's have. This company will do whatever it can to avoid giving you another one through the manufacturer's warranty. When a product is redeemed they don't renew the manufacturer's warranty. Been waiting two months for one to get redeemed on their site. And Best Buy has received stock 3 times over that period of time. They intentionally avoid stocking their website so you can't redeem your RMA. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.

Don't be fooled by the reviews of the product brand new out of the box. This very expensive headset has a fatal flaw in the design where the ear-cup attaches to the hinge. Just look on the internet and you will see lots of posts about how this connection breaks. Warranty is only 1 year, so only expect to get about 1 year out of this product.

Being able to replace the battery when a new charge is needed is a game changer. The comfort and audio levels are miles above competitors. I can game for long hours wearing it.

This SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless - PC headset replaced the last great 4 yr old SteelSeries headset. I work in Tech and I cannot get this headset to work. A bunch of us have tried. Transmitter/headset are paired. But no matter the drivers, bluetooth settings, Windows OS Sound and Peripheral Settings it doesn't work. Contacted TS and they were useless and NEVER RESPONDED TO EMAILS AND CHATS

I have had this headset a little over 2 months and it is horrible. I can’t get it to stay charged, or even connect. It is constantly disconnecting. Today I have spent over an hour trying to get it to turn on and connect and it just won’t. How convenient that all of these problems start to arise right after I can no longer return the product. I am so frustrated. What a waste of $350.

I didn’t even get to use it because it doesn’t fit my head. It barely covers my ears and the bottoms of my ears get smushed.

I have owned Turtle Beach, Tritton and, Corsair Virtuoso SE and the Astro A5. I can't say enough about this headset. I love the EQ base that comes with it, especially pairing it with Discord. I've used the headset for both the PS4 and PC, it certainly performs better on PC but still works great on PS4. It's by far the most comfortable headset I've ever had. I'm two years in and still so happy with this, I would recommend this to anyone. The dual-zone Bluetooth is incredible and I use it more than I ever thought I would. And the swappable batteries are so great, you essentially always have a full battery without ever having to plug the headset in. But if you choose to, that's an option as well! I also was told by my friends that with this headset they could hear me much more clear.

I wanted the best gaming headset i could buy, The MIC monitor is horible and was mildly adjustable, The mic gain or the sensitivity of this mic is horible My buddies could hear the cat drinking from the water dish 20ft away and its not adjustable, nor can tech support help, they wanted to reinstall window on my pc when this is a ps4 headset, 2 weeks between comunications, i went with the astro a50 but the gen 3 a50 was still better

i purchased these headphones in august of 2020 and since i have plugged them in i have been having feedback issues, connection issues where i would start my ps4 slim and the mic would be very low i would have to restart the system after just powering it on to get back the correct volume and now im at a point where it connects for 2 seconds and doesnt connect anymore not even to my computer what is going on

Had this for a week and it worked well till I tried downloading engine to my computer so I could toggle between the two. Then it never paired to my ps4 again also engine won’t pick it up for some reason. For being so expensive these are essentially a 300 dollar paperweight

way too small for a big head, not worth the price for making a headset for children's heads

Worked good for 8 months then the ear cuff mount cracked at the plastic on the ear cuff from stress and now there a $350 piece of E-waste bad thing being I bought 2 pairs the other pair shows same stress points and inevitable failure. Worst waste of $700 bucks. If I can edit this post Later I’ll add pictures.

This is the second pair I’ve owned after a recent exchange and the quality is ok. However they don’t last. First pair would turn on n off by themselves while I had them on. Always sounded robotic on the mic. Second pair, mic just stopped working all together.

Terrible audio compared to the A50’s. A little tricky getting the settings going.

I was very disappointed. For the price they should sound great. No bass at all!

I got this headset to use with the PS5 and it worked great for about 3 months and the transmitter went out. One day it worked fine and the next would not power on. For the price of this "premium" headset you should expect the product to last longer than a few months! Do not buy!

Stopped working completely not even 2 months after buying it, this is way overpriced too for what it is. Yes its under 1-year warranty but have fun with SteelSeries customer service.. I certainly am...

Nothing but issues, the red light thats shows when muted went out within the first week so i have no idea if its muted or not. Also the headset disconnects randomly pretty frequently. Do not buy, it is definitely not worth the money
