Customers frequently mention the superb sound quality and long battery life as top features. Comfort is also praised, although some users note fit issues depending on head size. While the Bluetooth functionality and range are appreciated, a high price point and some software quirks are common criticisms.

Honestly this is the best all around wireless headset on the market. Wireless range, sound, dual battery and comfort.

Best headphones you can buy right now for PCA

This is truly an amazing device. The audio is great and you should always make sure you set up Bluetooth on your phone. Music conversations abs audio play through the headphones at the same time is your game audio will slightly decrease audio cell or eliminating it so you can pay attention to your phone. I only wish that you could choose how low the Volume gets on your headphones this happens. That’s all seem a little tight compared to my old Arctic’s, but I assume they’ll loosen up overtime.

Great sound quality, configuration and battery life. The adjustable strap is good as well. I feel the construction is sturdy. I think that the software that SteelSeries has for this headset is a bit outdated and difficult to configure.

Probably one of the best wireless headsets you can purchase. Sound quality is great, but not as good as the fidelity you would get if you ran wires. However; the little Dac that comes with really makes the difference with control. Finally, the swappable battery is probably the best reason to buy this. I hate being plugged in while playing, but being able to quickly swap out as I use my headset for work all day and then for gaming, makes it so I never have to be thethered.

I absolutely love this headset, I started with the astro A50 and had nonstop connection issues between the headset and base, so I converted to this headset and couldn't be happier, they have custom ranges through the app I'm on Pc by the way, great bass great highs and lows, and very loud overall a absolutely great headset for gaming, I can't speak for the console side of things but for pc they are great

The headset set is nice, checks out on every feature I need. Noise cancellation is good, works well with PC voice calls, music, video gaming, has long battery life with backup battery and range cover up to 40ft as advertised, even with walls. However, it is quite heavy on the head and not a prefect fit if you wear glasses as it could make your glasses uncomfortable.

Disconnects randomly when connected to PC and phon

I like these headphones, they’re comfortable to the point that I can pull an all day gaming session, 4am all the way to 11pm only leaving my chair for food and bathroom breaks, and by ears never get sore from wearing it. However there are a few things that I do have to complain about. Initially getting it and setting it up was extremely aggravating for a friend of mine who got the same set (I just looked up a video from the get-go). The only other issue I have is I’l be gaming on my pc and connect my phone to it while it’s connected to the PC (it can do that it’s one of its features). This will work anywhere from 2 minutes to 20, then for no reason my headset will disconnect from my PC, and the only way to reconnect is to turn it off and back on. Huge inconvenience especially when playing a multiplayer/competitive game. Otherwise though it’s a really good headset, great sound quality and the retractable mic is really convenient.

    10/10 Headset.

10/10 Headset. I started off with an Arctis 7 Wireless which I absolutely loved and I still do have it, but I felt that it wore down a little bit too quickly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some things they've addressed with this headset in comparison to the Arctis 7 are: The dials. On the 7, if you pushed either of the dials a little too far they would get loose even after you open up the headset and tighten a screw (which I did). The ear cups. On the 7, the ear cups were great, very comfortable, but a little too short. I felt my ears were pushing on the hard plastic on occasion which began to hurt. The materials. On this headset, the actual curved part that attaches the earcups to the headband is metallic in comparison to the plastic outer shell of the 7's. This should give some extra durability in the long run. The battery life. While I was incredibly satisfied with the battery life of the Arctis 7's at first, it felt to me that the batteries got worse. What was 10-20 minutes between low battery beeps became 1-2 minutes after about a year of heavy usage. Now you just have hot-swappable batteries that can eventually be replaced. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plus, I love the little screen and controls on the transmitter / charging station. Overall very satisfied with this headset. Another excellent product by Steelseries!

This headset is a must have for gamers stepping up their gear. The microphone is high quality and the software tends to mask background noise with startling accuracy. The battery lasts long and is removable (much better than Bose!). While the sound is very treble heavy, I prefer a more balanced sound. Yet, for the price I believe you get a good value in mic sensitivity and noise cancellation. I still hope it gets under $250 in the future.

Great headset, having Bluetooth for my phone is a huge plus as well, I don't have to take my headset off to answer the phone. Amazing sound quality, I liked the mic better on my Arctis pro wired a little better though. The battery lasts for about 8-10 hours before needing switched but swapping them is fast.

Great Quality Sound, Use for MW. Only Complaints is Lacks That Extra Bass that I had on the Turtle Beach Elite 800s, and Need separate volumes for Chat and Game instead of 1 mixed. Also has a Micro USB instead of the newer USB C for easier charging insert. Outside of that I Love them, great quality and I'm happy with my purchase.

Great sound! However I am starting to lose hearing and keep my headsets a little loud and friends said they kept hearing themselves through my mic, so I ended up going with a different headset. Mic monitoring could be a little louder, otherwise this was a perfect headset as far as sound and comfort.

If you want all the features you're going to have

These are the absolute best gaming headphones you can buy as of right now 2020, hey dam near have every single feature you could possibly want, the only thing that's missing is being able to use them wirelessly with Xbox chat, you can use them wirelessly to receive audio from the Xbox, but in order to use Xbox chat wirelessly you'll need to connect them to a computer, otherwise you'll have to use the included audio jack and plug them into a controller, but honestly very few people are going to be buying these to use them on Xbox, they're probably better off with the Arctic 9x which were designed for Xbox wireless. But if you want the ability to have hot swappable batteries, a larger frequency response range, and overall just every possible way you can imagine of connecting to these you really can't go wrong with these. do keep in mind you are going to pay for it though these are not cheap, in fact they cross over into the next tier if you end up purchasing the warranty, instead of $50 it's going to be a $100, bringing you to a total of $500!!! Other than what I've stated these are basically the be all and all of headphones, I've yet to find a pair that has the same features

Lithium battery, along with it's backup, is a must have feature. All headphones should come with this. This sound is decent quality. That is about the only complaint, is that the sound could be better for the price. Fit is good, and is comfortable. Magnetic cover over battery department is well designed.

I want a wireless headset and Steelseries makes great wireless headsets. The Pro Wireless sounds great and has plenty of settings to customize or use them right out of the box. The transmitter is easy to use and set up the headset. I love the pull out mic and swappable batteries. You also get Bluetooth and all the cables you'll need. Build quality is very good, but it is a little pricey. However, I do recommend them if you can swing it.

I have had all top quality brands of head sets for gaming and Steelseries IMO are a step above every other set. I have the Arctis 9X for the Xbox, the Arctis 7 and gen 4 Astro A50's for the Playstation and PC and now the Pro Wireless .All three Arctis headsets are far better than the Astro A50's in build quality and sound but the Pro Wireless take it up a notch with simultaneous bluetooth connectivity and 2 swap able battery's and the mix amp with oled display.

I’ve had these headphone for almost a year now and let me tell you, the price point was a little concerning but again no regrets. For good sound quality and build quality, they do not feel cheap. The easy charging and extra battery has made sure I’ve never had a dead battery while gaming, so easily swappable. The mixer does feel a little light and cheap but it’s also very useful.

Just wow... This is my first pair of wireless headphones that I have zero complaints over. World of Warcraft and League of Legends player here and the battery life lasts plenty long enough for multiple 3 hour raid nights. If ever the battery goes out, I just plug in the other and let the depleted one charge. Phenomenal concept! I am told by my raiding buddies that the sound quality on the other end sounds great too!
