    the product was great as I purchased for my daughter based off the ones I purchased in store. The boxes we received were bent up and looked like the boxes were opened and then taped back together. product is working fine but not sure if we received refurbished items. I kept them as it was for Christmas.

    HEADSET does NOT work WIRELESS on XBOX this is a Christmas Nightmare you can plug it into the game controller and it is a good headset. this company makes a wireless headset for the Xbox but that's not the one that comes in this bundle
