Customers enjoy the Rival 5 Wired Optical Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting for its extensive RGB lighting options, overall performance, and ease of use. Many appreciate the button placement, decent weight, and the value it offers for the price. However, some with larger hands find the mouse slightly small, and a few feel the software could be improved.

Really good price for a rgb mouse. Love the side buttons for gaming, registers really fast when u move it. Nice rgb lighting very bright.

For some strange reason, my spouse said she was having problems with my old mouse. Although I had not experienced any problems, I went ahead and looked specifically for a "gamer's" mouse with good DPI resolution. Clicks can make the difference between a loss and a win! I looked at every mouse with a number at least close to my old mouse's DPI and still in my price range. I picked this up and liked what I saw. At home, it performs flawlessly! So if you are in the market for a replacement gaming mouse, I don't think you;ll need to look at any others!

Solid mouse, the software is a bit 50/50 since sometimes it doesn’t want to start up correctly or it’ll de-sync with the hardware. But for the games I play (Escape from Tarkov, War Thunder, and White Knuckle) it’s carried me for the past couple years I’ve had it, the only major issue I have with it is SteelSeries’s software.
Would recommend on sale for sure.

Wanted to like this but ended up returning item due to incompatibilty with ergonomics foe me. I have an 8inch (base of palm to tip of middle finger) measurement and I cannot find good position to be able to reach thumb button on the side comfortably. I am still recommending as side buttons might work for you and it feels well built just not for my hands.
The buttons feels nice and clicky and seems well made but makes that side button useless for me.
Was trying to replace my Logi 502 due to worn out left mouse switch. I have already opened and cleaned up the Omron (China version) switch and still has same issue.

Got this for my son with his new computer. He preferred this one because he said it was really light compared to others. He’s into tournaments for video games so this definitely makes difference.

Very easy to hold and the weight is perfect. Replacing a different brand of wired mouse and this one the wire to it is very compliant with movements and is unnoticeable (the other one was a rigid stick that would sweep things on the desk).

I like this mouse a lot. I like that it doesn't require batteries and it doesn't need to be charged like others. I recommend this if you don't mind a corded mouse. It has buttons on the side to use as well as the ones on the top. And of course, I love the color changing lights.

Feels great to handle, the material feels good, looks aesthetically pleasing, but too big. If you have very large hands this mouse will feel right at home for you. Even as a bigger guy myself I prefer the logi 509 and the razor basilisk series. I tried this out for about 2 hours and it didn't feel right. Still a very nice mouse for the price. If you're into larger mice give it a try.
