The agent installed the entire system in just two hours... installation was neat and clean

This part is useful because it enables you to use the steering wheel controls for your radio, if your car is equipped with them. It took a little longer, approximately 45 minutes more, to have this control installed but I found it worth it. The salesman/ technician informed me about the extra wait. He also asked me if I wanted to skip that part of the installation with a full refund for the price of the item. I told him I would rather wait & he installed it no problem.

Another great service from Best Buy. Purchased this service for USD 65 as I had to enable the Steering Wheel Controls on my 2016 Corolla S as I upgraded the factory device to a Wireless CarPlay. Appreciate the service and effort from Brandon at Best Buy, Marlborough who installed the Planet Audio Wireless CarPlay device on my 2016 Corolla S as well as enabled the Back-Up Camera and the Steering Wheel Controls. We initially installed a Maestro - Universal Analog Steering Wheel Interface - Black for the SWC, but only the Volume and Siri buttons were working. I called Brandon the next day and he suggested trying PAC SWI-CP2. He helped me with another follow-up appointment to install the same at no additional cost as it was part of the troubleshooting. Brandon took a great effort in reinstalling the device and enabled all the needed buttons on my Steering Wheel: the Volume, Track Change (Up and Down Arrows), Mode, Call Answer/ Decline, and Siri buttons.

Everything was connected expertly and faster than expected.

Chris is awesome. Great install. Car tunes never sounded better. Maestro steering wheel control appeared to be available for my Toyota Sienna XLE, but my system was not what it seemed when there was a closer look in the dash. Toyoata did not label my system as OEM PREMIUM JBL Sound, and Maestro has trouble with those. No big deal, I got a separate remote control unit, head unit is easily readable and accessible, and the Sony app for the head unit is incredibly good. So did not miss my steering wheel controls at all.

The steering wheel control system is extremely helpful for my daughter, this is her first car and she and I are very appreciative that our installer James recommend this product, if James had not mentioned it I would have thought it was something only Nissan could fix.

The installation of my new car radio was speedy and went well. The only con I have to contribute is that the dashboard was damaged minimally when the technician had to pry something out in order to install the radio. When I had an issue with the replay of music and took the car back to the installation area, the tech very quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it.
