I added this service to a factory deck upgrade. Originally was trying to save money and forgo but change mind and glad I did. Install man did a good job of communicating the job and finished job within estimated time.

my car originally had steering wheel controls for radio. etc. so when they put in my new Bluetooth stereo with android auto/apple play I wanted the safety and convenience of the same controls. It took a kit to do it but they did it and I love it

The steering wheel control works great. The only problem is the price to have it installed.

I had a 10am appointment for installation. They started right away. They ran into some difficulties so it took more than a couple of hours but the result was great. This was at the Ann Arbor store and its basically stand alone although in a sort of strip mall connected to a Dick's sporting goods. The store part of Best Buy did not open until 11 so its a good thing Dick's is there and opened at 10 and I did not mind hanging out there. After 11 I was able to sit inside at Best Buy. Strongly recommend you think about whether the store part of Best Buy is open at the time you are having something installed in your car, especially in the winter!

The steering wheel control - Metra Access ASWC-1 - install was an extra $59 charge and went as expected. Controls work reliably and I am very happy that I decided to purchase the adapter separately and have it installed.

Most people don't know they need this for their new stereo install to maintain compatibility. I was happy the installers suggested have this done for those who want to maintain functionality of their OEM Stereo control buttons.

Agents installed the interface for streering wheel and stereo in a timely manner.Unit works well.

The Oakdale, MN Best Buy installed the Fusion 2.7" deck into my Sea Ray 220 boat. Installation looks great and everything sounds great. I highly recommend these guys.

I love my steering wheel controls, especially to have the option with an after market stereo to turn up or down the radio from the steering wheel position without having to reach across the car.

I recently had a new desk installed as well as amp, front facing camera and speakers. My car has steering wheel controls so needed the Maestro installed. All of the buttons work including the voice button! So happy!

I can seamlessly operate my steering wheel controls for my stereo as if it were original equipment. The integration is top notch and such a pleasure to experience.
