However, we experienced problems ordering some components from "blue shirt" employees in the radio department. They used an online catalogue and ordered the wrong parts in some cases. In another, it took an exceptionally long time to get the most critical part of the install kit delivered, but that's a delivery service problem, not Best Buy.

Radio install
