STG = “Short‑Term Gadget” because it Works fine for 10 minutes, then decides it’s done for the day. I am very disappointed in this company. The first problem was the black screen when I turned it on. My son fixed this using the WIN+CTRL+SHIFT+B command. The next problem was it started locking up / freezing about 5 minutes after booting up. Tested the RAM, which I found was DDR3 (old & slow), tested the video card & tried several other things. Grew tired of troubleshooting it so I sent it back & they shipped me another one. The second one booted up fine but I found the internet connection seemed very slow. I found the problem was the onboard ethernet card. It was a 100 Mbs rather than a 1 Gbps NIC. That was the last straw. I shipped it back to STG & was told I would receive a refund within 5 business days after they received the computer. There was even a problem with that though because they told me the refund amount & I realized it didn't include the sales tax which was over $50. I emailed them regarding this but I haven't received a response...AND I haven't received any refund at all and it's been over 2 weeks since they received the computer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON ANY OF THE STG COMPUTERS. They use old components that have a high rate of failure!

I leased a gaming PC from Best Buy through Progressive Leasing, and unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish.
Although the leasing option itself was helpful for me financially, the product and service were not. I had to return three separate PCs, and every single one had the same problem: it simply did not work. One defective PC might be understandable, but three in a row is completely unacceptable.
What makes this situation even worse is that this PC was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my child, and months later, my child has still not been able to use it.
Despite returning the computer, the leasing company has continued taking payments from my bank account for a PC that is no longer in my home. I contacted them multiple times and was told the payments would stop, but they have not.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will not attempt to order a fourth PC. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and unfair. I expected better quality control and better customer service from both companies.
I would not recommend this process to anyone unless major improvements are made.
