Q: Does this PC arrive assembled or would I have to put it together?
A: It arrives assembled, BUT, I would stay away from buying anything from STG. They use older components that have a high rate of failure. I purchased this same model & it started locking up about 3 minutes after it booted up. Sent it back & got a replacement that was even crapier. Sent that back & I'm still waiting for my refund!

No wifi! Don't buy these computers that have a wifi stick. They're trash. Can't get past this screen. Never buy a computer online from any store.

Perfect for beginner gaming. Purchased this for my husband for Christmas and we couldn’t wait to set it up and game.

STG = “Short‑Term Gadget” because it Works fine for 10 minutes, then decides it’s done for the day. I am very disappointed in this company. The first problem was the black screen when I turned it on. My son fixed this using the WIN+CTRL+SHIFT+B command. The next problem was it started locking up / freezing about 5 minutes after booting up. Tested the RAM, which I found was DDR3 (old & slow), tested the video card & tried several other things. Grew tired of troubleshooting it so I sent it back & they shipped me another one. The second one booted up fine but I found the internet connection seemed very slow. I found the problem was the onboard ethernet card. It was a 100 Mbs rather than a 1 Gbps NIC. That was the last straw. I shipped it back to STG & was told I would receive a refund within 5 business days after they received the computer. There was even a problem with that though because they told me the refund amount & I realized it didn't include the sales tax which was over $50. I emailed them regarding this but I haven't received a response...AND I haven't received any refund at all and it's been over 2 weeks since they received the computer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON ANY OF THE STG COMPUTERS. They use old components that have a high rate of failure!
