Very good bike and well built. Battery seems to last long. Motor is decent and powerful for front motor. Best Buy also have the lowest price for this bike. This item is also made in America.

Due to a bad knee, I can't peddle a bike. I haven't been able to go bike riding with my hubby or family in close to 20 years. This bike brought SO much fun & freedom back to me!! It looks like a regular bike, I just don't use the peddle at all & use the electric power. I love everything about this bike. It's easy to use, easy to adjust the seat height, it's quite, but best of all, it's a blast to ride!

This our third Prodecotech ebike. They are well built bikes and made or at least assembled in the U.S. I ordered some extra parts from the factory last year and received excellent service. I have had the Stride 300 for just over a month and am very pleased with its characteristics. The step through design is easy to get off and on particularly at intersections; the fold-up feature comes in handy and the front shocks offer the smoothest ride ever. Disc brakes are very responsive. The front wheel motor is a bit noisy compared to our two rear wheel models but it clips along and gives relief on the hills and when you want a rest. In concurrence with the one review I have had trouble keeping the seat fixed tight. Best Buy had an excellent price on the bike and they were superb in informing of the delivery schedule and delivering exactly on time. They even helped me uncrate the bike. Prodecotech is a great ebike for the price.

I was looking through different ebikes when I was making a purchase and Prodecotech seemed like it had a decent amount of options and pretty decent rating. I made a mistake buying this bike and now stuck with an expensive bike that almost placed me in an accident. The first problem I had is the seat, no matter how much I tighten it, it seems to move overtime. It wasn't a big deal to me so I kept the bike. Shortly after, I kept hearing some loose bearing type clinking noise. I checked the bike and everything seems intact. It still makes the noise but the function is maintained so it wasn't a big deal. However, I've had it with this bike when the part of the bike which connects the handle and the wheel loss connection. I almost fell out of my bike and hit a tree because out of nowhere, I couldn't control the bike anymore. I contacted customer support atleast three time and no one has responded to my messages. Looking into it, it seems like a common problem with the company. I wish I would've known that. I looked into taking it to "an authorized shop" since this bike is under warranty. I called the shops and I would still have to pay for the service even though Prodecotech provided me with a flawed and accident prone bike. In addition, these shops are atleast 40 min away from me. I've had such a frustrating experience with this bike. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Look for a different ebike company. I am paying for a bike that is either defective or Prodecotech doesn't sell quality bikes. PS - I've only had this bike for about 6 months! Great concept but not worth the money especially with the nonexistent customer service.

I absolutely love my ProdecoTech e-bike. I was an avid bike rider until I developed asthma and small airways disease. My first attack was on Nantucket Island, as I could not breath as I pedaled up inclines riding into the wind. I thought my bike riding days were over until I bought my ProdecoTech bike. It is an amazing bike that enables you to use power to get up strenuous inclines. You can opt to ride without the power assist but incase you need it; it is there to get you where you want to go! I will have to manage my asthma for the rest of my life, but my ProdecoTech E- bike allows me to enjoy the sport that I thought that I might have had to give up! I actually brought my ProdecoTech e-bike back to Nantucket Island and was able to bike around the entire island with no limitations!! It is miracle bike!

We actually purchased the ProdecoTech Stride 400. Same bike as the 300 but it doesn’t fold. The welds and components on the bike are top notch and were the first thing to catch my attention. Hydraulic brakes and stainless steel chain are just another example of the quality of this bike. Light weight and comfortable are just two more reasons to like this bike. Great acceleration and battery life, this bike is quality built and for the price is hard to beat...

Picked up from Best Buy and was beautifully packaged. Only work required was installing handlebar which was pretty simple for my husband. This bike makes riding with my husband (who is an avid biker) a true pleasure. In fact, I love being able to zip past him on the hill climbs and headwinds. Great bike for the money and I hope to get years of riding time with it!

I've had the Stride 300 for about 6 months and LOVE IT!. The bike came in a very sturdy box,fully assembled except for the handlebars and seat which installed easily with the included tool. I have been shopping E-bikes for quite a while and was glad to find that Best Buy carried them at a very reasonable price. The bike folds up and fits in the car with room to spare, I take it everywhere. I'am thinking of buying another one for the family to use. Great quality product!

Our friends and us have bought 4 of this bikes and all we can say is WOW! What a great bike, well built, here in the US. The quality is easy to see in the workmanship and parts. We have been doing rides between12 and 16 miles with no problems So many place to ride makes this a simple choice for us older(65) folks. My wife can keep up with me with no problem and when I get tired of pedaling I just use the e motor. This summer is going to be great. Bestbuys delivery guys are great too and they wanted to buy them as they did not know bb sold them.

Love this bike. Had never heard of an electric bike. My husband surprised me with it for my birthday. I have always loved bike riding but now I’m Out all the time.

The Prodecotech Stride 300 Electric Bike from BestBuy.com. has turned out to be a super bike. I ride it every day and the extra power for uphill climbs is spectacular. I would recommend this to a friend!

I did a TON of research before settling on this model. It’s been great and being made in USA is important to me.
