After Striiv came out with an update that fixed the bluetooth connectivity problems. it has worked great. Another nice bonus is the My Fitness Pal that tracks your calories plus syncs with the Striiv to monitor calories burned and applies it to your daily usage. My Land keeps you motivated to keep moving and earning coins to build the islands.

When I bought the same product two years ago, I loved it. It worked well and fun, but now the product is defective. This is the second one I am returning. It does not start at all.

Wonderful tool for motivation. Can compete with friends for top of the leader board. Started walking a lot more. Found new friends from all over the world. It's great.

This thing was a bummer from unwrapping the plastic to the whole day I spent trying to get it to work!!! Plus the gas money to return the stupid thing!!!!

My wife bought the pedometer and brought it back to the store. She said that every little bump would count as a step. She was not satisfied.

Device works just as promised; only drawback is having to reset it w/paperclip occasionally.

I've tried everything I can, including online, to find a way to get it to work. Can't judge anything else cause I can't get it to work

Dead-On-Arrival! Not impressive! It took me a couple of hours to do a trouble shootings but still wouldn't even work at all.

Purchased the product and couldn't even get it to charge or work to test .Returned the next day and purchased Fitbit One.

just didn't work - returned it and got a fitbit zip which works just fine :)

This was the worst thing I could have ever purchased. Spent tons of time trying to get it to work and it never has

It had me download an app to my phone now my phone works as a pedometer what use is the product then DUH.

Having fun walking with my new toy. The phone app drained my battery. Having competition with friends in other states! Great motivator.

This device does not work and should not have been on the shelf for sale.

I am on my fourth consecetuive Play device... none work... Cannot get the unit to turn on. I am returning for a refund. Here is the Striiv statement on the issue... "To explain the issue of the Play refusing to turn on, the Play is given just enough charge to be able to turn on when it leaves our factory. This is due to customs restrictions from China to our warehouse in the U.S. Over time the charge held on the Play deteriorates and may reach a point where there is not enough charge left to power the device on when plugged into charge." He advised me to send the units back to them at my expense and they would replace them.

This is an average product. It was the cheapest of all trackers. But u get what u pay for. I got it for my mom for Xmas new hooked it up via Bluetooth and she moved it around vet minimally and it registered 30 steps already. And she went up stairs and it didn't caculate. So waiting to fully test it. It's ok

Been looking at pedometers saw this was iphone compatible so I purchased it. Couldn't get it up and running. App store could not find app to download from my phone so I went to their website to download kept on getting errors saying that app was not availble in US. After looking at numerous reviews and checking for updates I realized there were more issues with this device then positive reviews. Will be returning.

I have only had this for a short time but already realizing some of the benefits of having a small unit for measurement and the convenience of IPhone app to review progress, play games and chart changes in level of fitness. This could be the start of something great for New Year's resolution to lose weight.
