The best set for the price

There's no competition to this kit at it's price. Anything from Roland comes in with half the pads, a worse module, and smaller triggers. Came out of the box on the latest firmware and with all the upgraded and free samples. No complaints about build quality or assembly. Individual inputs also lets you customize the set that a cable snake wouldn't. I run the set with the module on the right side, I have a tom trigger to the left of the hihat, etc. Can't wait to expand the kit further down the road.
I would recommend this to a friend

Module seems great, but limited

This unit seems to work great out of the box, minus the hi-hats. They are trash and require a TON of tuning to make them work correctly. The MIDI (USB) input to record directly is super limited and again they fail when it comes to the hi-hats. I have now had this unit for 3 months and now the ride cymbal has quit working. Seems like a great deal out of the box, but REALLY REALLY wish I would have bought a Roland.
