    Missing solar panel

    Very disappointed with this product. Received without the solar attachment from the top so the lights will not work.

      The solar panel is located in a smaller carton within the master carton. Customers often miss it, despite all the markings stating it is inside a smaller carton. Please double check all the packaging. If you still find the panel to be missing, you can file a quick warranty claim via www.ezreplacement.com and we will have a panel shipped out quickly. All of our information regarding easy parts and warranty replacement should have been located on the front of our manual. EZreplacement

    Picture shows beige, but it's actually red

    The umbrella is very nice, although the picture shows a sort of beige and description says scarlet, which should be called red something. I bought based on the picture and ended up receiving a red umbrella. I hope Best Buy already fixed this on their website. However, my experience returning this to a local store and getting the one I wanted was great. Great customer support.
