To my surprise, the product was good with some nice heating and heat level settings. I'm loving the bread toasted from this product. I cant say if it is good when compared to other costly toasters in market but this is definitely worth for your dollars.

I miss the days of toasters that had flat sides so they would fit better on the counter top--it's design takes up a lot of counter space.
