Its comfortable and I love the heating settings. Cord is long enough so can plug in and lay down with it with ease. Its very soft on both sides and has a tag to show which side the heatibg element is. Not too heavy either. Glad I purchased it.

(hip, stomach, back, chest)

The cover feel so good. It can get really hot, you don’t need to turn it on high. Great product. Easy to use. I love it. The pice was really great!!

Blinking Automatic Shut-off light

The heating pad has an automatic shut off after 2 hours. Once the automatic shut off is triggered, the remote blinks non-stop until it's manually turned off. The blinking light is so bright, it lights up my entire bedroom. The heating pad is also a lot smaller than I had anticipated and would have liked.

If your heating pad is not working properly, please try to reset the heating and follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
2. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord.
3. Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
4. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance.
5. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.
If this doesn’t work, we believe that this concern is covered by the wonderful warranty that your product may have. We request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Take care and have a nice day!

I tried it damp & dry on my lower back. It was very effective both ways. I like that it can be machine washed. I was hoping it would conform to the body more than it does. I wish there was an adjustable strap that could secure it around the body more. Hopefully, Sunbeam will consider that suggestion to improve that feature. Overall, I am satisfied.

Super Moldable Heating Pad!

I’m still keeping my “old school’ one but the Sunbeam is so much easier to use because it can be wrapped around your arm, leg, foot, shoulder, etc. we love it and it’s washable too so it’s a win win!

I like how soft it is and I can wrap it on my shoulder or knee. I mainly purchased this to have it for the future when I need a heat pad. I like it and hope it lasts many years. My old heat pad was still heating, but I had it for forty years and no longer felt safe using it, so I threw it away.

I use it to relieve tense muscles on my upper back as well as shoulders. Its not too big nor too small its just the right size.
