This new Sunbeam is great. You can wrap around arm just about any body part, it did fit around thigh also. It has velcro so it is secure and you don't have to constantly reposition it like a traditional heating pad. There are 3 heat settings that can be changed with the push of a button and the highest setting is quite warm. Happy with this purchase.

It made all the difference, it warm enough and shuts off by itself. I have been able to use it on my knee as well. It’s flexible enough
