Perfect!

It was a gift for my senior Mother, and I kept trying to explain the continued changes in arrival dates and then no arrival. It finally arrived and then it did not work. Imagine that. I called Best Buy. Instead of issuing a refund and starting a repurchase. They told my mother to drive the one she had back to the store (then refunded). I had to pay for another one. That one does not show up in orders. Now it does not work after 6 mo. JUNK

Need a heat pad for your aching back?

I use this for when I throw my back out.

Helps with my Back Pain
