What a difference I can heat my whole back and part of my neck. The product works great has settings for different heat levels. I’m happy with the purchase

Purchased to replace another heating pad that got recalled for fire hazard. Doesn’t get quite as hot, but maybe that is a good thing lol. If you use the auto off function, it blinks continually after it turns off which is annoying in a dark room- would be nice if the blinking stopped after a few minutes

I needed this, for a hand injury and it's constantly being used. I set it to a heating of 3 and when it seems to get to that temp. it seems to level off. that's when I know my hand is heated enough to do my hand manipulations advised by my doctor. This is an excellent size also, to lay on to cover your whole back, if you're in need of that type of relief.
