Probably going to get another one in the new year. Right now just\ to busy. Have had a Sunbeam Heating pad for years it just gave out. Good products I guess just once in a while gets through faulty inspection.

No worries, we are here to help. Control Blinking, No Heat, or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source.
To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds.
2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad.
3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight.
4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use an extension cord. Do not use generators, power converters, or inverters.
5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional.
6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet.
