    It may be a great heating pad, but I ended up giving it away when I discovered I couldn’t remove the fabric covering in order to wash it. It was disappointing. On the positive side, the fabric cover was soft and overall, a good quality heating pad.

    I bought this for my wife thinking it would be better then her cheap amazon one she had before and it shorted out within a few days.

      Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source.

      To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
      1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds
      2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad
      3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight
      4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters.
      5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional.
      6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet.

    Quit working fairly quick.

    Purchased about six months ago and it quit working. The one I was replacing lasted ten+ years. What a disappointment.

    Nice, but doesn't really get very hot at all. There's no washable cover, but (thank goodness) I have one from a previous heating pad.

      If your heating pad is not working properly, please try to reset the heating pad and follow the troubleshooting steps below:

      1. Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
      2. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord.
      3. Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
      4. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance.
      5. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.

      There are several causes of this issue:
      1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet.
      2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.
      3. The AC outlet is not functional.

      To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:
      - Check if there is no physical damage on its cord, controller, or pad.
      - Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
      - Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
      - Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time

    We received the product and it was defective. We returned the item requesting a new one. They informed me they would have to re-order the item and I would have to pay for the shipping.

    Purchase this item and within a day or two after receiving it it completely stopped working. So I can’t leave a positive review very disappointed. Returned immediately-Also to have the multiple settings from one to six this heating pad did not get very hot at all.
