    Sound is a Challenge

    TV size met expectations but the sound/volume is not very good. Set at highest volume and still hard to hear. Doubt a booster/sound bar can be mounted outside.

    The tv turns off within a few minutes of being on. It just got Installed, Waited 3 weeks to get this installed and now I have to wait for Best Buy to come in take down from the wall to order a new one and continue to wait to get the new one installed assuming that it will word as is suppose to.

    Mounting of this television is on my back porch with ample overhang. Worked great for the 2 weeks and noticed volume started glitching out and two weeks later will not even turn on. In the process of trying to get a replacement, but threw away the box. Jeez.

    Useless without sound bar

    The TV seems well made why I only gave 1 star is the sound quality. The speakers are terrible. I read reviews that said the same thing so I purchased a sound bar but either the TV or the sound bar doesn't work properly so I can't say this helped. Why would they build a TV and sell it with lousy sound. It's a shame. The matching sound bar attaches to the TV in about a minute I really hope this solves the issue when I get it working. If your thinking about buying one for yourself factor in your purchase a Geek Squad Warranty and sound bar your going to need it. Also don't forget a tiny phillips screw driver to remove the three tiny screws to put in the batteries.

    Sent wrong television. They are not in a hurry to fix the problem. It has taken 4 weeks and I still do not have the correct television. Bestbuy has been great , SunBright is terrible. Purchased on 5/23. Today is June 19

    This is great for a screened patio. We don't get bright sun when we're sitting out back. It has plenty of room for our Fire stick in a "back door" that protects the Fire stick, so we can stream our normal stuff on the Sunbrite TV. Picture is very bright, definitely brighter than the TVs inside the house. Even in a screened porch, I think you need the brighter screen. Sound is fine. We may add additional speakers or a soundbar, so it's nice there is the plug and play on the TV. Besides the screen being so bright and beautiful to watch, defintely have peace of mind that it can handle the big temperate swings in NC and I don't have to worry about wet weather either. Seems built to last years. Great investment.

    A mishap, but so far warranty service good

    Ordered end of dec 2018. Did not use in winter, used about 6 times, and then the power would not turn on about 7 days ago. Just called the warranty number. They are not sure if something came loose during shipping or the power board is bad. They are shipping a new power board to me, and have their vendor calling me as soon as it arrives to do an on site fix soon. If for some reason, it can't be fixed, they will likely ship a new TV.

    Worked One time for 60 Minutes - Now Dead

    Installed this TV late in the fall of 2023. Used once for an hour earlier this spring. Now the TV will not power on. TV also must be fully shaded when watching. Any sun at all and you cannot see the picture. Also, if there's a lot of ambient light, forget about seeing dark scenes.
