    For the cost of this unit, it provides functionality. It does appear flimsy, but is consitant with material label as being aluminum. Please don’t buy this thinking you are getting top of the line. However, if you are like me and just videotape or need a tri-pod a few times a year, I believe this product will serve you well for many years without breaking the bank.
