Horrible design. You literally have to Spin your camera on it. Constantly worrying about dropping it. It’s cheap and flimsy. Only thing it would be good for is use with a cellphone camera. It does come with a cell mount.

Worked well for a few uses then fell apart. Inexpensive should not equate to cheaply made. BestBuy should vet it's offerings for good value by verifying quality of less expensive items.

I got this for a very low price, and it still wasn't worth it. Cheap construction, sharp edges, unstable, rough to open and close. Took less than 2 minutes to open it, realize how bad it was, and put in back in the box.

Project has high MRP but worst quality. it's made of cheap quality plastic and even aluminum rods are not that strong to hold even a Nikon Camera weight if opened in Its Full length of 55"

forget to check this product because it is such a good bargain. However, I did noticed that the screw to fix the camera is not upright. I can never keep my camera in a balance level.

will never buy something form online, not familiar with, the product very pour quality.and store customer service very bad.

I bought it for My kids sports and the first use, it just came apart and it was real week, it wouldn’t stand on its own and and I wasn’t able to use it again

Unboxing it, the tripod basically fell apart. The screws and knobs fell off, had difficulty trying to put it back together. No receipt came with the order.

It is definitely not sturdy as expected. I can’t even use it :( would be great to use for a phone instead of a camera. Not bad for the sale price though.

the tripod broke on the first round of trying to use it. the section that clamps down the camera to the tripod broke.

Hello, this tripod was missing the level liquid, and it also breaks up once the camera is set up on it, so you can also break your camera, be careful.

I bought this tripod online and when I picked it up from the store it was an open box item. There were missing pieces and the stand is not stable.

Very light weight materials used. Rotating top sticks so camera dos not pan smoothly and camera is not steady. Do not purchase this product.

The upper part where you attach the camera doesn't work as one of the levers for using it was already broken when it arrived in the box.

Used for one night shooting the northern lights. The mounting piece snapped off as I was locking the camera in. Useless after that.

I purchased this tripod to serve as a travel tripod. It is quite flimsy. I had to return it because it was not worth my $10.

This tripod was too light for my camera. I returned it and purchased the same brand up with more weight capacity.

I bought it online and returned it an hour later it was missing some pieces and very cheaply made
