I am not a pro photographer, so my reviews may not be accurate for the pros. As a beginner I can say this fulfills all my needs and is handy at every occasion I needed it, whether be indoor or outdoor. The height is as per the description and very sturdy. I can attach both my dslr and my mobile to it to take clear pictures and videos.

It's not amazing build quality but it gets the job done. I use it with the Canon rebel t6 and it is fine.. But if you want really stable shots, you should pass.

the stance is very light so it's easy to carry around, but you have to be careful when it's windy as it might blow over

I really like this tripod. Feels sturdy. This is my second one. The first was a different brand an although rarely used it had to be glued together within 6 months. The only problem with this one so far is right out the box there was a cap that wouldn't stay screwed on. Seemed like it serves no purpose but I glued it tight anyway and haven't had any problems since.

I purchased this tripod for my new camera. It is basic style and seems to be useful so far. I will most likely purchase a better tripod for long term use.

I'm 6', so this isn't perfect eyelevel. The tallest height of tripods are always measured at their most wobbly outstretched extention. I bought this for a trip oversees, so It needed to fit inside my luggage. I read all the reviews of this, and similar tripods, and feel this happy with my choice. As for the complaints about parts being cheap? I treat my stuff nice and gentle. It works better for non-pan shots, rather than panning. But it is possible. Don't expect professional panning results. Even tripods with consumer grade, fluid heads, are dicey when it comes to professional results. It comes with 2 camera quick release mounts, and that's really nice. I have another cheaper tripod, and this one looks superior when next to it.
