Get what ya pay for. The tripod won't really hold a DSLR camera

Ok, at first I wasn't sure I would actually use this little thing. The legs are pretty flimsy, well the plastic-metallic legs at least. The first time I used it one of the rubber bottoms popped off and I will probably need to glue it back on. I only use this for holding my Zoom recorder for interviews and such, but it holds up nicely.

I think they could have shaved about $5 off of the price. I had to keep tightening the knob to make the locking ball head stay in place. Not good for very heavy items. Okay for a teen or a novice but not necessarily a photo enthusiasist. It wasn't bad, it was just less than I expected. Some people may like it. Give it a shot and see what u think.

It's a good tripod. Not as sturdy as others, but for the price it's not too bad.

I purchased the Sunpak - Platinumplus Mini-d 11.5 Tripod to film short interviews where the camera and tripod sit on a table. Although the price was relatively inexpensive, I was hoping for a little higher quality, but it did the job. I ended up buying another tabletop tripod and will probably just keep this one in the car.

The Tripod does not have a good weight distribution if you're using a larger lens.
