This game is so much fun and easy to pick up and just go! Controls are great and it reminds me of super Mario 64.

This has got to be one of the best games out there right now. If you love the Mario character and even more if you're returning to gaming. This system and game are great together. The game is not to hard however is challenging and always changing up scenery, and different courses. I really enjoy this game for the clarity, perfect picture, music sounds. I can send hours with this game either on the hand held counsel or switched on to y TV set.

It took me a couple worlds to really "get into" the game, but once I did it became seriously addictive. The semi-open-world style of being able to go after moons in any order and collect one after another without having to return to the level's start point each time is a welcome change to the Mario franchise. I also love that the game is instantly accessible to new players, yet seasoned gamers have found ways to make it super-challenging (speed runs, crazy jumps, etc).

I love this games open world aspect and your ability to explore around freely in the zone your in. You can change your outfits if you buy new ones by collecting special coins in each zone. You are partnered up with Cappy and he can cause you to control enemys which is awesome. Game play seems solid so far.

If you’re looking for a game that suits a younger person who’s just starting to play games then this is an awesome choice. If you’ve played other Mario games and cane looking for the same challenge you might be a little disappointed at house easy the game is. Non the less it is still very fun to play.

There's so much to love about this game. It includes the classic jump-right-in ability that Mario games always seem to ace. The game is simple enough that the very young and/or the very new-to-video-games can enjoy it fully, while also being deep and intricate enough that there is a ton to love if you're an experienced gamer as well. You're in for a treat with Odyssey.

I was a little worried that the hype that this game was receiving was going to be way overblown and the game not live up to it but I'm so glad I was wrong. It feels like a subtle blend of Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy in play style. The levels are really enjoyable and Nintendo has, like with BotW, made the game where you can tinker around with doing things in odd ways and it pay off.
Side note, the best way to play to me might have to be joycon in each hand.

This game exceeded my expectation in every way. Not only does it capture the magic of nintendo perfectly, the game is just beautiful all around. From Kingdom design, to music choice, you can tell Nintendo put a lot of effort into this game. When Breath of the Wild won Game of the Year, the acceptance speech even mentioned how they are lucky that Odyssey was only out for a week and not enough players finished the game yet. That there shows you how great this game is.

The absolute best Mario game ever and I really don’t think it’s up for debate. You can easily squeeze a hundred hours out of this game looking for all of the moons in all of the colorful and beautifully animated environments!

If you like platforming, Super Mario Odyssey is fantastic. And it's great in ramping up the difficulty. The various power moons you can collect are all different difficulties, and it's up to you to choose how hard you want to make things for yourself. You can beat the game simply by doing easy ones, but there are plenty of hard ones to get to (including some you can't find until after the main story is beaten) to keep you playing and keep more skilled players busy.
