In a word, Super Mario Odyssey is delightful! A perfect blend of accessibility and challenge. Each world jumps off the screen, and I dare you to not smile the entire time you play this perfect gem of a game! Between this and Breath of the Wild, there is no reason to not own the Switch!

This is an amazing game! It’s well designed to appeal to all ages, even the adult casual gamer. Having the ability to Co-op as Cappy makes for a fun 2 player experience. There are hours of gameplay here and you’ll be tempted to replay to get all the Moons in the game.

Super Mario Odyssey is just an absolute joy to play. Every kingdom is jam packed with charm and fun things to do. It's accessible to casual gamers but also has optional challenges for hardcore platforming fans. If you own a Switch, you should definitely get this game.

Really got sucked into this game and it sold me on the switch. Lots of fun, interesting new concepts to Mario. Could have done more I feel like and it was really short.

Mario Odyssey doesn't hit the highs of Mario 64, but it's a great 3D Mario experience, which I've missed for a long time. It's also a lot more challenging than the 2D/2.5D Marios on the 3DS and Wii U - I've had to consult a guide on Mario challenges for the first time in years.

Love this game, it’s so much fun even for adult. Played it and couldn’t stop. So much fun and it’s totally different than Super MARIO 3D world. You can control all kinds of enemies and use their skills. This is the only game I play while I smile all the time and really enjoy !

I played this game and instantly loved it! The graphics are really nice and the different outfits for Mario are a nice addition. The puzzles are simple, yet still fun to play and solve. I would recommend this game

My wife, son, and myself combined for over 50 hours of total playtime, and counting. We all have our own profile and enjoy Mario Odyssey through every level. My son is 6 years year old and has 140 moons with no help. Thank you Nintendo for this perfect family game anyway can play!

This game is hands down my game of the year for 2017. No other game comes close to how amazing this game it. If you love Mario 64, fun, amazing graphics, a new spin on the Mario 64 formula, perfection, magical experiences then you must own this game. I loved every moment of it.

I have a difficult time finishing games, however this was one I was able to get to the end credits of without putting it down for more than a couple of days here and there.
There are still moons to get after the main story is completed and other endgame content I am currently going through.
The game was made to be as fun and not stress inducing. Dying loses you 10 coins, which are used to purchase new outfits and easy to come by. The bosses are not impossible to beat and well timed. This game can be played by a large age group and still be extremely enjoyable.
The two person version of the game, however, I found not very fun at all. The second player gets to control cappy and the camera angle. Ahhhh this drove me bonkers as many areas needed the camera in particular angles to see what needed to be done. And if the person playing cappy isn't proficient at video games this leads to frustrations as the cap is used to jump, kill enemies, etc.
