Got the game on sale and I've been really impressed! I'm a little late to the Switch craze, but the graphics, gameplay, and overall game time for Super Mario Odyssey have left me extremely on board.

This is a great Mario title and one that will go down in the history of 3D Mario games. It's fun with an easy main story line. But don't be fooled! After you beat the main story, you'll get access to the end campaign which is rather challenging. 100% this game will be no walk in the park.

it is a very fun open world Mario. if u just beat the bosses it wont take long to beat just a few hours. But if u look for all the moons and coins it will take a long time. have 50hrs on it and still haven't found everything, but I don't use internet to find answers I always find myself.

Although this game is only 1-2 player, we have so much fun playing. My 6 year old loves to be "cappy" and "protect" mommy who is always Mario (her choice). We have a blast playing this together.

This game is Awesome, so many hidden moons to find, even when you beat the game there is still more to be done, keeps you coming back over and over

This is definitely one of my favorite Switch games. I love everything about it. Being a Mario fan for many years, I was so happy when I saw the 2D old school parts of the game.

Top 5 game I've ever played. My son and I beat this together. Now we're replaying it.

Great game. Lots to collect.good graphics and animations. Controls are easy to learn. A little too short, but overall good game

The game is very in depth and pretty for Mario. Overall it's a little short and it needs more worlds but I play a good amount and I'm still not totally finihsed just close.

Game is good/fun, but if you're not the type of person who likes to collect a bunch of stuff, you may want to wait for a sale as the regular playthrough is pretty easy.

This is easily the best Mario game since Super Mario 64 and possibly the best ever. It truly must be experienced, and has something for everyone. Dozens of hours of amazing, breathtaking game play and tons of nostalgia to boot. Even if you don't own a switch, buy one and play this game.

i been playing super mario since nintendo and still to this day i love the gameplay and story somehow mario always stays fresh and relevant and always brings back certain nostalgia for a og (original gamer) like myself great gameplay and amazing graphics and mechanics great for all ages

As a long time fan of MARIO and company I greatly enjoy this game. It does a great job of teaching you as you play so there is no need to know everything from the start. And you can’t go wrong with a good ol’ MARIO saves the princess story. Recommend for people of almost any age.

Great new version of the Mario franchise. A great 3D version of Mario utilizing all the great features of the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con. Brings back many memories of playing 3D Mario on my N64.

It's Mario back in his 3D sandbox roots. The game's all about rewarding your curiosity. Tons of "moons" to collect, plenty of enemies to "capture" (take their body and use their abilities), an incredible soundtrack, impressive visuals, and just a whole lot of fun.

I bought Mario Odyssey after skepticism of an open world super Mario Bros game after Mario 64 (yes that long ago). After a playing the game a few times, I must admit that I am happy with my purchase and will recommend to anyone that if you have a Switch, this is a must have!

I ordered the switch console primarily for this game. Its much more similar to Mario 64 than the galaxy games on the Wii, with an emphasis on exploration over pure difficulty. After the first play through, you'll only have collected about 20% of the total moons possible. lots of fun.

In a word, Super Mario Odyssey is delightful! A perfect blend of accessibility and challenge. Each world jumps off the screen, and I dare you to not smile the entire time you play this perfect gem of a game! Between this and Breath of the Wild, there is no reason to not own the Switch!

I've had a blast playing this with my 9yo son. We came off playing Bowser's Fury and this felt like a great continuation of that gameplay. Same idea with the power moons as the cat shines. More puzzle-solving, scavenger hunting, task completion and area unlocking than fighting enemies but the boss battles are classic. And taking control of enemies and using their powers is a great twist on power-ups, and even necessary to complete levels. Like the title says, so much fun!
