Mario Odyssey is a fantastic game that is great for kids and adults. Being able to seamlessly change worlds any time you like is a great new addition to the Mario franchise. Each world is packed with collectibles which will keep you coming back to each world for more fun. This game has a ton of post game content that will keep you glued to your screen for weeks to come.

Such a good game, with nice subtle and enjoyable callbacks to previous titles in the series. Mario Odyssey is a fun game that rewards explorers, and there's a lot to explore in this semi-open terrain sandbox game.
I've spent hours playing and haven't even finished the game, as exploring and finding the Moons that you collect hidden around the Kingdoms is so much fun.

I didn't think that Breath of the Wild would be topped let alone in the same year. Mario Odyssey exudes charm -- there isn't a minute where I played where I didn't consciously recognize I was having an absolute blast. Every area is intricately designed and the enemies abilities are so unique as to make most encounters fresh and new. I cannot recommend this game enough.

Game solves the persistent complaint about Mario games getting easier. Any one can finish the basic game and see the end credit, but getting all the 999 moons require real old school skill. It is a great design. Game looks and plays very polished. Nintendo also has been great in giving free content like balloon chase after launch. Must have for all switch owners.

This game has so much charm. There are so many things in this game that put a literal smile on my face. There is tons to do and it never feels stale. The game is very easy until you get past the story and then becomes more challenging as you try to find all the moons. This game pays homage to it's roots and reminds you why you have always loved Mario. Highly recommend.

I grew up with Super Mario World and Mario 64. Those are two of my favorite games especially favorite mario games. I think with Odyssey they took the best of all the Mario games and made this gem. Cappy adds a whole new sliver to the game and gives you the ability to play with a friend. I highly recommend this game, it is one of the best Mario games I have ever played!

This is the kind of game that you can't put down until you have finished it. Once I started I playing it, I played every day after work and until the wee hours of the weekend.
I'm still collecting Power Moons and playing after finishing the main story. 50 hours in and I still have lots more to do.
You definitely get your money's worth with this one.

It was hard for me to justify paying $300 for a glorified game boy, this game made the purchase well worth it. I’m just hoping they put out better games for the system and then they did for the week y $300 for a glorified game boy, this game made the purchase well worth it. I’m just hoping they put out better games for this system than they did for the Wii U.

I could probably write a few thousand words about how great this game is. As someone who has played every single Mario game to date, I can say without a doubt this one is in my top 3 favorites of all time. It does everything perfectly. I could sit here and list how perfect this game is, but that wastes your time and mine. Buy this if you have a Switch, don't hesitate.

I grew up with the NES and have been a fan of Mario since I can remember. I’ve loved most Mario games that Nintendo has made, but this is by far the best thus far in my opinion. The worlds are distinct and the gameplay is more varied than I’ve ever seen before in a Mario title. Nintendo doesn’t let down here and I’d suggest it to literally anyone. It’s that enjoyable.

The addition of Cappy is a simple one and yet, it brings such a world of difference to the gameplay. It still has that 3D Mario feel, but you can do a lot of different things with Cappy. My favorite move, for example, is throwing Cappy and diving towards him for a double jump. Once you get the hang of the different tricks, traversal becomes extremely fun.

This will always be one of the top games for the switch. The main campaign took me roughly 15-20 hours and I took my time exploring. There are so much post game content I feel like this will take me another 20-30 hours to complete. This game does have an easy assist mode for little children and my 4 year old loves it. Would recommend to anyone that has a switch.

It's been a while since I've played a Mario game - and this game did not disappoint. While my main motivation was to capture as many pictures of Bowser in all his wedding glory, I was really drawn into the game and the worlds created. Sure there were ones that I like more than others, but on the whole, it was amazing. I just need to finish finding all the moons now.
