I got a great deal on this game. I was able to pricematch a local competitor, Best Buy Customer Service was great. I am so excited to play this game. Its not your normal Mario but it is very fun. I am midway to completing this game, and it took quite a while.

Preordered this game and paid about $41 for it, which is a great deal since Nintendo is always stingy with is pricing. That said, the game is great. I was tired of all the side scrolling Marios they were pumping out. They felt uninspired, as if made with their own Mario Maker software. This game makes up for all that. Its the Mario game we've been waiting for.

If you own a Switch, it’s hard to imagine not getting this game. It may be my favorite Mario game, and that’s saying a lot given the fact that the original Mario Bros. came out when I was a kid. I haven’t played all of them, but I have played the majority of them (including spinoffs). The game reminds me of Mario 64 and Galaxy, both of which were great.

bought this game for my youngest son (7) but my other kids like it and play it. The only issue is that I need to now time the switch use so they do not play it all day.

I had heard the E3 buzz, and I had read the glowing professional reviews; so, I was a bit concerned that Super Mario Odyssey might be a let down. In hindsight, I had nothing to fear. Great graphics! Solid game play! Variety of game play! A game with plenty of nostalgia that is somehow still able to re-invent itself and stand out from the many Marios before it.

What a fantastic game. So much content for one price, no DLC, no micro transactions, just a fully fleshed out, wonderful game.
Sooooo many moons to collect, I was blown away at just how many there are in the game.
This is on par if not better than Mario has ever been ie Mario 64 and Galaxy. This and Breath of the Wild are must owns for any switch owner.

I haven't really played a Super Mario game since Super Mario 64, and I was not disappointed! Odyssey has many things to love about it. It is fun to explore and see the different parts of each world. The inclusion of cappy introduces a different dimension to the game that is extremely fun! If you have a switch, I would say that this is a must own game!

The gameplay in Mario Odyssey was just so much fun. This is a must get if you have a switch you get to throw the hat around and controller so many different stuff. Going around looking for moons in the different places of the game is a fun experience this is a Mario game to remember.

Nintendo is back and the number of amazing titles just keeps getting larger.
If you have been a fan of previous Mario games you'll be right at home with this years release.
Game looks amazing in both handheld and docked mode.
Motion controls are a bit annoying sometimes, but that's more of a personal issue, as I'd prefer to use the Pro Controller.

I bought this for my 4 year old because he is always wanting to play the store demo. It's a good game to let him roam around and throw the hat at enemies.
My son would then give the controller to me when he gets to the boss part so I can help him. Awesome game to bond with my son.

This was an absolutely fantastic, gorgeous, and overall great game to play through. The graphics and art-style is breath-taking on how simple but good-looking and aesthetically pleasing it can be at times. The music is also great, and the consistent support of more costumes and the balloon mini-game continue to make this game definitely worth it.

Super Mario Odyssey takes everything they learned when creating Super Mario 64 and polished it up. This feels like a direct sequel to said game even though many Mario games have come out in between. This game oozes charm and is downright a blast to play even if you aren't much a fan of Mario games I highly recommend this. Game of the year contender for sure.

I purchased this game thru Gamers Club which gave me 20% off & Best Buy gave me $10 in rewards for pre ordering it. WELL worth the money, even at full price!! Great gameplay & interesting storyline. Feels similar to Super Mario 64, but not the same game at all. Similar moves & jumps but some brand new concepts in yet another wonderful Mario game by Nintendo!
