This game is exactly what i wanted it to be. I played the original back when it released, and this remake brings me right back to my childhood. the controlls are very crisp and precise, and the combat is just an improved version of the original. the style captures the playful side of the mario ip while still providing a challenge that feels good to overcome. the addition of little animated cutscenes to give memorable moments a new face is very well done, as they truly capture and add to a characters personality. this remake has done nothing but improve on an already amazing and great game. anyone who likes the RPG genere of games will love this game.

Since I was young I always wanted to play Mario RPG but I never had the opportunity, after many years I finally did it and I definitely understand why it is such a famous game

Remake or an awesome SNES classic. A must play for anyone that played this game in the past. The graphic,gameplay, and QOL are great upgrades.

I loved this game a ton back on the SNES, and it looks even better on switch. The one complaint I do have is that the game is quite short, so is definitely not a game I reccomend for more than $35 - but you can often find it around that price now.

This remake is as true to the original as it can get. It’s relatively short compared to modern games, but it’s dense, engaging, and best of all, a ton of fun.

The original is way better, butbthis one is servesable.

Still getting a hang of the game since I'm not a big RPG guy. But who could resist our favorite mustached plumber? The game definitely looks beautiful on Switch 2. Not sure if there was an official update or what but I've experienced no performance issues.

Wife and I played this on the Super Nintendo. It was good then and it's even better now that it's on the Switch. Graphics are awesome and story is still great!

What a classic . Mario RPG, or as many fans remember it Legend of the Seven Stars, was a memory for so many. One of the last few collaborations of Squaresoft and Nintendo you can tell the creative ideas merged together. The music and gameplay are just as polished as before with a few welcome additions. It is a short game but if you love Mario and classic RPGs, get this

One for one of the orignal, just the graphics are better and the music has been updated (but you have the option to change the music to the orginal at any time)

I played the original over and over as a kid, and replaying now all these years later was a blast. I just wish it were longer, and they made it harder.

i remember this on the n64 and the graphics back then compared to nowadays, huge improvement. Its exactly how it was back then but this modern version is waaay better, very happy nintendo is doing this to most of the older games, hope theirs more games to be remastered/remade! GJ NINTENDO!
