We bought this for Christmas and the kids stayed up all night playing on New Years Eve. For some reason our boys just love it!

I love fighting games (Street Fighter, MK...etc) and this is not a traditional fighting game. It's way to random and I have no idea how or why things are happening onscreen I tried looking online for a little help and basically you spam powerful moves for the most part. Not what I thought it would be to be honest.

The online and multiplayer modes are good but the game left out a main campaign story.

I bought this game for my kiddos for Christmas. They absolutely love it! They also love that you can use the amiibo with it!

One of the greatest games ever makes a long awaited comeback. This is an amazing game for parties and for everyone. 10/10

This new addition to the wii u was fun. Controls took getting used to with the wii pad.

The gameplay is the best it has ever been for Smash, and the eclectic mix of modes -- online, 8-player brawling, and a Mario Party-esque game board -- ensure many lost hours.

This is a great version of Super Smash. Now that I am older I also appreciate the fact its 8 players and can keep a lot of kids entertained, provided you have enough remotes.

My 7 year old son loves this game and using his amiibos. However, I think the previous version on the Wii was better.

I own the S.M.B.Brawl on wii & got hooked. This version is superior in graphics & it's fun to play with my son & wife. Came free in black friday bundle of Wii U deluxe!!!

Pretty straight-forward game: Nintendo Characters get to duke it out in all kinds of environments. My kids dig it.

My brother can't stop playing it. Bonus for the variety of characters and that many players can play this at the same time.

My sons are having a blast with this game and even I am having fun playing it with them (and I am NOT a big fan of video games). This game has lived up to all the hype.

I remember playing this on the original wii. I was excited to finally purchase it for the wiiu. Its a great game and I play it every free chance I get.

The Super Smash Bros. franchise has always been a celebration of Nintendo's history and its characters. SSB for Wii U will easily be considered by many to be the definitive edition of the series! A giant roster, each with its own unique play-style, will have something for everyone! And best of all, the Wii U version of the game gives you many different controller options. You can use the Wii U gamepad, the pro controller, the classic controller, the Wii-mote and nunchuck, and - if you purchase the adapter - you can even use the Gamecube controller! Super Smash Bros. is a MUST HAVE for any Wii U owner!

Both my sons who are 18 and 23 love this game. They were so excited to have it come out again in a more recent version. They use the wii again and had not for years!

Besides the Wii U this was the only game he absolutely wanted for Christmas. He begged to open it Christmas Eve so he could get started playing it with his friends.
