We purchased 2 - Super73 RX model bicycles for $4,000 each in October 2022 from Best Buy. Those bikes are now selling for $3,000 at Best Buy. The last 3 times we have ridden the bikes, we ended up stranded and had to go get a truck to get the broken bike home. The motor went out on the first one in August of this year. After taking the bike back to Best Buy, they said that we had to work with Super73 directly. We went back and forth with a support representative with Super73 as our bikes were still under warranty. We were asked to take the bike into an authorized service center which was over an hour away. We dropped the bike off at Malcolm Smith Motorsports on August 17th. They didn’t seem very happy to work on the bike or very knowledgeable about the warranty service. As that bike was getting fixed, the motor went out on our other Super 73RX with the exact same problem. This time, Super73 asked me to remove the rear wheel, tire and wheel liner and send that wheel in for service. They fixed that motor and sent it back to me, We reinstalled the wheel and on our very first ride, the motor went out again. Super73 then asked me to try the wheel from the other bike to make sure that is the issue. The wheel from the other bike works fine and the broken motor does not work on the other bike. Both of these bikes were purchased from Best Buy. Best Buy will not address these issues and state that we have to resolve this at Super 73. Super 73 will not return these bike because they were not purchased directly from them. Also, we have the Buy Buy Total Protection which has done nothing for this situation. Sooo if you are buying these bikes, be wary when purchasing them from Best Buy as your warranty through the Total Protection is not covered even if you are within the year of purchase.

Good bike has good speed at first wasn’t fully updated so capped the speed at like 20-25 so make sure to update. Tires popped really quick went through the grass at the park and those small like spike things in the grass popped both wheels

I have been waiting for several weeks for my to ship it to me. I order a 73 r but changed my mind. I have to have the head light and stop light for the rear.

The style is cool, retro, and unmatched from any other e-bike. Super73 sets the standard! With that said, it is pricey so not a budget buy. Overall love it!

Fantastic Bike! very fun to ride. Kick butt powerful! The only thing is that the seat is a bit too low if you actually wanted to petal and the is only one gear for pedal ing. But for transportation where you don’t want to be all sweaty. This is great for getting around and for off road biking also. I do need a better helmet though! Top speed for me is 35mph (sssssh) but I’m air petaling during that so it is legal in California

Super 73 is great. It has high positives and a few things it lacks. High cool factor! High brand and community appeal. Lots of accessories- market and after market. Don’t expect 75 mike range (no one uses level 1 for that long).. think half which is plenty. Torque is an issue(read more reviews). And tires puncture easy, just add tube sealant on set up and you’re set. Highly recommend .

Zero regrets. Strongly considering the RSD Malibu model next. 2 is better than 1, plus the parts are all interchangeable.

Great for throttle use. Wish range was a bit longer. Do not purchase if you’re looking for a bike to pedal.

Bike is straight forward awesome. Easy to assemble. Braking feels firm compared to other e-bikes. No complaints.

Fun to ride. The stock seat can get uncomfortable during long rides.

The Geek Squad is not trained to do finish assembly when deliverying this ebike. In myy case... The tires were near flat. The front end was not correctly attached. They forgot to bring the battery charger when deliverying the ebike. I recommend that you have a bike shop check your ebike after delivery. These assembly flaws could cost you an accident.

Delivered on time, but the box was a little damaged.

It’s an amazing bike and I truly enjoy the ride. Delivery and notifications were punctual too, and even notified me that they would be a little late for delivery due to traffic.

Horrible company. Motor went out. Logged support ticket...no response so far and been a week now. VERY common from reading other reviews. If I knew they were this bad I would not have purchased this bucket of bolts.

The Super 73 RX is arguably one of the nicer looking bikes on the market. It's unique style turns heads and the bike feels like a quality ride. My only gripe: very little torque in the 0 - 10mph range. Once it goes beyond 10 - 15mph, the bike picks up speed rather well. Best Buy did an excellent job delivering this large item and the packing job by the manufacturer was great. No damage . . .
