Clicking Noise Coming from the Hub Motor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoyed riding the bike, but today while out on a ride a clicking noise began to emanate from the rear hub motor. There are YouTube videos from other riders complaining about the same thing on their Super 73 bikes. So, I'm returning this bike to the store tomorrow and haven't decided yet whether to seek a refund or risk getting another one to replace the one I have. It's a huge risk considering that these bikes cost over $3000 and have a history of bad hub motors that doesn't appear to have received much attention from the manufacturers given the number of complaints registered all the way back to 2020. I would really like this bike to work but I'm not mechanically inclined which was why I tried to purchase through Best Buy. Their inventory is usually pretty good and trustworthy, as is their return policy. This one is going back for sure.

Solid and unique ebike

It feels extremely fast at top speed but it does take a few seconds to get there. I’d like rear suspension in the future but this more than takes care of the weekend riding I do with my kids.
