AWESOME bike!! I love love love this thing! So far I’ve put about 20 hours on it and it’s still running perfectly fine. I weigh about 145 and it takes me at 13.9 mph on flat surfaces and even tackles the really steep hills will a little petal effort behind the motor. So far I have yet to kill the battery when going on a trip while pedaling on and off to conserve battery (i.e when going down hill obviously I don’t pedal or use battery) one trip was 15 miles and I still have 3 bars of battery to ride around the neighborhood multiple times. I’m honestly 100% satisfied with mine. It stores easily for sure too and isn’t too heavy to lift. Also super easy to take in my Jeep to ride anywhere! Only downside is the chain for pedaling is low grade and has weak links. Also the one pedal on mine keeps loosening not sure why. Others it’s awesome!

Had to return the 1st one . But the 2and one came. Awesome little bike. Feels like it goes more than 15 miles an hour. I get good distance on one charge. Highly recommend. It's based in weight. I'm 130 ibs so I am to go up to 30 miles on one charge going the full 15 miles per hr with pedal assist. Folds up small to store travel for compact space.

Lightweight and easy to take up and down stair....fold ability makes it easy to maneuver

I was so excited when I ordered my first e-bike. It took about a week to get to me from Canada. As I opened the ripped box I was immediately disappointed. The bike was just in the box with minimal insulation, just a few pieces of cardboard around the frame, and paper thin Styrofoam around the wheel wells. I decided to take a ride after charging the unit until the charger turned green. I wanted to ride it until the battery died. The bike is advertised as going 30 miles it only went about 6.5 miles. The top speed was fun very close to the 15 miles per hour advertised. But the big surprise came when I ran low on juice. I got to the last 2 bars (out of 5) on the battery and the bike immediately slowed down. when I got to the last bar the bike barely moved. so I tried to turn off the power and pedal, who told me to do that. The pedals were heavy. like a 10 speed bike set to "Workout"! It maybe due to the size of the tires. I will be returning this bike for a more practical, or should I say more efficient Brand or Model. Can someone from the company reply and let me know why this bike didn't even last half the distance it was advertised.

The EB-5 is an excellent e-bike if you're like me and live in a apartment and want to be able to easily transport your bike up and down stairs or elevators without making people mad. It sits nicely in the corner of my bedroom and the charge lasts pretty long. I'd caution that this is not the best bike for hilly areas due to it being a single speed and a relatively low power electric motor. But it works for mosts of my purposes as a daily commuter bike.

Great product. Always get a lot of compliments on how fast & small it is. It’s great because you can fold it and put it in your car vehicle with ease. Although the only thing that I dislike is the charging meter came apart for some reason. It was a cheap plastic.

Very good bike! I have two of them in blk and white colors. I used two same one almost two years and made lots of miles on them, and got the new ones now. It is not an off-road one, but I use them everywhere in the city, in the woods on the small gravel roads and on the smooth woods trails. I definitely recommend it! Very easy to assemble, easy to collapse back, easy car transportation. *Keep one thing in mind, when going down the hill lean backwards a little since this bike has a short base and you high center of gravity can cause fall forward.

So much fun and convenient. I like the folding feature it allows us to travel around with it without taking up space. I’ve had it for a month, mostly used around the neighborhood, parks and I’ve only charged it once. Pedal assist is nice add on for uphill. Still waiting for the black color to be in stock to make my 2nd purchase. Of course we all want to know the cons of every product. I do wish that there was a foot rest add on to the bike for cruising along while the pedals are folded. I’d recommended to everyone. Worth the price.

bought it in the middle of winter after selling my zuma. i'm an older rider the zuma was too much to handle. i have not rode this yet other than around my apt., i got it very fast and on sale from BB and thanks. initial thoughts are its well built very comfy and nicely designed. i ran this by a friend who has several $1500 electric bikes. he loves this little bike. My only concern is i read some reviews about the battery cells on this bike are lower quality. my plan is to add a rear carrier battery if needed. replacing the cells is expensive. thanks best buy !!!

Rode this to work a few times...12 miles each way. Holds a charge but when it dies the pedals take up the slack of me not watching the battery level. The last led on the battery level is not more power. If you have to leds you need to charge soon! I did replace the seat with a better one. I also added a bike rack for my cooler.

This bike is amazing. I bought one for myself, and let my wife ride it, and she wanted one, so I purchased 2. Pedal assist is a great added feature.

Just use the bike for what it’s intended for in the given parameters and you’ll be fine. Love this bike!

This is a really small bike, easy to travel with. Takes a bit to get used to but once you do it is fun.

I love this Swagtron eBike. I use it for golfing. My own person golf bike.

good bike, can pedal without battery and ride but a little harder, good for footwork!

I'm 6'2" 230 lbs, this bike takes some punishment and holds up so far! I commute to work ~3 miles one way.

Was looking for a e-bike for a while. Didn't want to pay alot. This is a quality e-bike for light cruising and exercise for me. Good quality and power. Nice starter bike I say.

Great bike. It has some good spunk to it. Definitely recommend getting a better seat lol.

Love the bike rides great and good speed. I would recommend this to anyone.
