I bought this for my 10 year old son for Christmas but, it stop working after a week. It was a phone toy before it stop working my son really enjoyed it .

I brought this for my 10 year old who loved it until it broken down 1 month later. The product is unreliable and Swagtron expects you to pay for shipping for something that was purchased within the warranty period.

My daughter loves it! It was her favorite Christmas gift! Love the Bluetooth feature too! Easy to use right out of the box. Seems to have a long charge.

My daughter is 12 and received one for Christmas this year and she absolutely loves it. Easy to use, she's already a pro and loves the Bluetooth music.

This hoverboard is great! My little brother loves it! He especially loves that he can listen to his music via Bluetooth from his tablet while he rides.

The ride is amazing, powerful and the battery take a long time to die, but the speaker is too poor, in other words, the quality of sound is bad.

This is an execellent choice for a hover board. My son loves the Bluetooth speakers and the ability to check his stats and battery life on his iPod.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas and he loved it, but it only worked for a few short days. The power button stopped working and we contacted Swagtron to return it. They sent me a free shipping label, I returned it to Swagtron and the new or repaired unit is on its way now (as of 1/20/2017). I hope the problem is fixed. Costumer service was helpful and this could be a great product when/ if the issues are resolved.

I loved the ease of programming it. It was easy for 9 year old son to ride, and you can increase difficulty levels to tailor additional users.

This is a great self balancing scooter and works out of the box. Charges fast and provides a smooth ride. Don't forget your safety gear!

This was not a toy purchased for me but for my son I've seen it work and had the joy of playing with it... believe me it's a great buy!

I purchased this hoverboard for my son's 11th birthday and was extremely disappointed... twice. It stopped working, the first time, just 3 days after he opened it for his birthday. He had taken great care of it and it simply would beep and fail to turn on. The troubleshooting on swagtrons website is pretty useless and was unable to fix the issue. We even opened it up to make sure no connections were loose which could have been one of the issues for it not staying on, but everything was connected correctly. It was recalibrated and still nothing. Lucky for my son, and me, it was still within Best Buy's 15 day return policy no questions asked. We returned it and got another one. This time with a protection plan. The 2nd swagtron worked for about 3 weeks and then the same issue happened. It would simply beep and not stay powered on. Frustrated again with this product :( I returned it again and left with a completely different model. Thank you Best Buy! If purchasing this hoverboard, I would 100% make sure you purchase a protection plan with it... I feel like you will definitely need it.

Had this product for two day and then it wouldn't turn on. My daughter was heartbroken. Tried to call the manufacturer and got the run around by the lady and then told to fill out the paperwork. Could not talk to anyone to try to troubleshoot first. Just fill the paper out and send it back in, I returned the product....

Wasn't too sure because of cost, but once my 10 year old got on it he loved it! Didn't take long for him to figure it out.

Our 10 year old enjoys this very much! Easy to learn to ride and is holding up well.

In my opinion. It's not worth the price tag paid. My daughter used it once and now it's furniture. She 14.
