The bluetooth was not working on the one we received and we had to exchange it. Best Buy charge me a 15% restocking fee which I felt was ridiculous since it was not working and was not a mistake on my part. The second one I picked up worked perfectly though- sound quality is great and is pretty loud.

I bought my son this hoverboard for Christmas and he can't stay off of it. Every time it dies he rushes to charge it. So far he haven't had any problems out of it. So I'm hoping it last him a while. But all in all its a great product. Speaker works excellent too!!!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. There is an app you can download to check the battery life and switch modes (learning to expert). The only problem for me was the app was not syncing with the hoover board which is frustrating. I am going to call the 800 number about it

My Grandson was absolutely thrilled with this Christmas present. He opened and jumped right on it and started riding around in the house. It was a good thing that we had taken the time to charge the "hoover board" before we wrapped it...

I was a bit skeptical about buying this hover board because of all the bad media you hear and see on the news. But after reading the reviews on this product and trying it out, I was very impressed! I highly recommend it! Great product at a great price!

I have not opened the hover board it’s a gift for Xmas for my son.

This was a perfect gift for my son and this unit has great control and the lighting is perfect and Bluetooth works great to play music while you are on the go!

Bought this for my daughter. She has used and abused it and it still works like the day I bought it! She loves this thing! I just recently bought a second one for my other daughter because she liked it as well!

My hover board is great. Electronic dog toy doesn’t work well. Remote issues. Will have to return it. Hover board I would recommend. Not electronic dog and cat. Definitely not Buffalo Wild Wings. Restaurant has awful service. Not worth my trouble or money.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. I cant tell you how many times he has circled our neighborhood riding this and listening to music. Looks and works just as advertised. Great buy

This was bought as a Christmas present for my 13 yr old. It was good in the beginning and one day while riding in the house screws began to come out on one side of the hovernoard.

What a cool product, I bought this for my son for Christmas and he can't stay off of it. I got on myself and had too much fun. There might be another one in store for myself, who knows. Excellent product though.

Purchased this as a gift for my daughter last Christmas, I can say that the usage time is still up there, Daughter loves it. I'm surprised it lasted this long, hoping to get one more year out of it.

We bought this for our son but have all tried it out. It’s a blast and works flawlessly. I was unsure about buying from a lesser known brand or store and I’m glad we bought ours from Best Buy. It’s great!
