Great for a 12 year old

Poor Quality Control

My guess is that it had been returned to Best Buy once for these problems, and Best Buy just restocked it without verifying it's functionability, but I guess we'll never know. Bottom line is we had an extraordinarily disappointed birthday girl. I expect better from Best Buy, and shame on you Swagtron.

Stopped working after 6 months of very light use.

It was my husband present (he is 175lb if that matters) and he only took it to walk the dog. After 6 months it just stopped working. The 2 pedals are not communicating at all and it just spins in a circle. Very disappointed because I researched a lot of brands before purchasing.
