    Stopped working the first day

    Stopped working after only a few hours. A Red light flashing three times. Tried to reset or recalibrate but it still will not move. Very disappointed child on his birthday.

    Bought two of these for my kids for Christmas and they ride smooth but then start shaking very hard I don’t think it’s supposed to do that is that normal

    The app is completely useless for the T588. Tried 3 different phones, and couldn't properly connect to the board. It is by far the worst app I have ever tried to use. I would rate it a 0 based on the app. The board itself is pretty nice and appears to have pretty decent quality.

    I got this for my son as a Christmas gift. It worked well for 2 months (4 charges). We just tried to get to charge and it seemed to charge but will not run once we unplugged it. >< Huge let down for my son and I (almost $500 total cost). If you want to take a chance and buy one of these get the replacement warranty from Best Buy. We just reordered an other one because I also bought the go cart attachment which would have been an $80 dollar throw away item with out the hoverboard. Best Buy charged me an extra $83 bucks for a new warranty. This turned out to be an expensive gift >< now its up to around $580 bucks and it's not even been used more than 4 times ><. I'm hoping the next one last a lot longer before crapping out. No repair shops in Hawaii so they had to refund my purchase / and only Best Buy can bring it in because of the restrictions on lith batteries on planes / I couldn't even send it in for the manufactures warranty. ><
