Stopped working the first day

App is horrible

Tried 3 different phones, and couldn't properly connect to the board. It is by far the worst app I have ever tried to use. I would rate it a 0 based on the app. The board itself is pretty nice and appears to have pretty decent quality.

Was a nice toy

We just tried to get to charge and it seemed to charge but will not run once we unplugged it. >< Huge let down for my son and I (almost $500 total cost). If you want to take a chance and buy one of these get the replacement warranty from Best Buy. We just reordered an other one because I also bought the go cart attachment which would have been an $80 dollar throw away item with out the hoverboard. Best Buy charged me an extra $83 bucks for a new warranty. This turned out to be an expensive gift >< now its up to around $580 bucks and it's not even been used more than 4 times ><. I'm hoping the next one last a lot longer before crapping out. No repair shops in Hawaii so they had to refund my purchase / and only Best Buy can bring it in because of the restrictions on lith batteries on planes / I couldn't even send it in for the manufactures warranty. ><
