Pro Really easy and fun to use. I used it to get around campus. Con Bad design. If you're going down or up a steep hill and try slow down the hover board might break. It will still be usable but it won't turn off and after 15min it will start beeping until you step on it or the battery dies recommendation If you live in hilly area or you are anywhere near the weight limit(187) don't buy this product or buy it with the Best Buy protection plan. I've returned 5 of them before I upgraded to the t1 model.

my daughter absolutely loves it, it charges fast, it looks nice, battery holds charge very well, she can ride it on gravel, cement, grass, caliche (white rocky driveway), and even carpet.

Purchased it for my son for black Friday sale for 199. I think it's decent for the price I paid, little heavy though. My son seems to enjoy it.

The first one of these lasted only about 3 days before it beeped incessantly and would not stop. Took it back and exchanged it. Thank you to Best Buy for honoring their exchange policy. So far so good with the second one. Balances well and is pretty easy to control.

Great hover board for the money. Good speed and smooth turns. Charges fast and battery last long. Sometimes slows down at high speed, acts like a governor to control speed.

Purchased this for my daughter as Christmas gift. I ready up in the different brands, models and customer reviews. Be sure you are aware of the weight restriction for the bird you're purchasing. Also be aware of the training mode vs regular operation mode. I decided to buy a quality known. Amen brand that is UL certified due to the previous charging fires on cheap batteries used in after market models. It easy for unknown brands to make up UL stickers and slap them on the cheap imitation brands. You get what you pay for!! She loves it and we have had no problems. Funs as advertised.

My kids love it! Really simple to ride, my 3 year old learned to ride it in 1 day! Turns smoothly and rides smooth too...looking to purchase another one soon!

My kids love it and it works great. The reviews were good on it. The only problem we have had so far is the hole for the screw on battery compartment had gotten so big from wear it won’t stay on so we had to rig it to stay on with washers

My daughter wanted this so bad! I decided to get it for her. She absolutely loves it and tries to take it everywhere we go. Not recommend for someone without good balance tho!

I think this product is safe and fun my son plays on it almost every day and has a blast he rides outside and inside and will never get bored of it

After reports of batteries catching on fire started to die down, we finally decided to give into our kids. After doing some research online, and waiting for them to go on sale, I finally decided on the Swagtron Urban Rider. This holds a decent charge, and performance has been great so far. My kids ride it outside and in the house. It seems to handle multiple surfaces well, and they've become quite the experts in maneuvering it around. I would definitely recommend this if you are considering purchasing one!

Was leary of purchasing a hoverboard after all of the battery issues. Works great so far! Easy to ride and kids are loving it.

This hoverboard is the best I have seen. It can go very fast but also had a beginner mode and won’t blow up.
