Bought as a gift. Charged it, had a ton of fun for a few hours. Then charged and went to get on it, and the red ring of death. Read the manual, recalibrated several times and still won't work. In the process of returning this expensive paper weight

I purchased 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. After the first complete charge my youngest son Road for about 15 minutes and the battery went down and would not charge backup. Return to store for a very easy and smooth transition to get me a new replacement. Because they did not have any in stock it had to be ordered and shipped to my house. Three days after Christmas my oldest sons would not power off so. Now it has to be returned. His has not being ridden a total of 30 minutes since it was open. I fear the replacements will just keep doing the same and this is money thrown down the drain. The manufacturing company was not helpful at all Best Buy was very helpful.

kids opened it for christmas, now the thing doesn't charge. Its not been over charged, Its not gotten hot, It just stopped charging. Now I've gotta waste my time and return it.

Purchased for my 9 year old son and he used it for a couple hours with no problems. However, we could not turn it off. It beeped constantly and would not turn off. Then, is completely stopped working and we couldn't charge it. I returned it to Best Buy beeping in the box. Also, there was someone entering the store to return this exact same one as well b/c something was messed up on the charge cable. This was a huge disappointment for my son! We ordered another drone for him, but it will take a couple weeks to receive it. So much for him enjoying his gift over the Christmas break.

IT SHOULD NOT HAVE PROBLEMS. WE HAVE HAD THIS ONLY A FEW SHORT WEEKS ALREADY HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO SWAGTRON. OUT OF THE 14 DAYS TO TAKE BACK TO BEST BUY.

Swagtron Urban Rider is a nice ride but ti doesn't have battery level indicator and also the battery doesn't last as long as specified.

I got this for Christmas and it has already broken. Not worth the price but if you purchase this get the replacement warranty.

The box didn't have all the items that were included on the box like the charger

I first reviewed this product immediately after I purchased it. It was fun and a great price. About a week ago it started beeping and wouldn't stop until the battery died. Plus it wouldn't shut off.... I took it to Best Buy but they stopped selling it. The related model was out of stock and $200 more! Luckily I was able to get a refund but now out a hover board.

After my son used it three times, the board would not turn off.

The darn thing would not turn off. Please do not buy.

Huge let down...didnt work right outta the box...got it replaced...then after a few uses with the new one, it won't turn out and the battery beeps loudly til it dies. Boo! Now I guess I'll try to justcreturn it bc I'm spending anymore time with these things, but my kid loved it for the few times he used it.

I bought this product for my son. He loved it and really got the hang of it quickly, until it broke. 16 days after purchase it broke. It wouldn't shut off and kept buzzing. The return policy is within 15 days. Major money out of my pocket, and an extremely sad child.

My 12 son saved his money and bought the board. He had it about 3 weeks and it began beeping and would not turn off. Disappointed however Best Buy honored their return policy and exchanged. Thank you Best Buy. Seems logical me this issue is reoccurring for this model.
