I WILL BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND NEXT BUT IT WAS ALL I COULD FIND BEFORE I WENT OUT OF TOWN, AND DOES THE JOB.

Value Pack with Drawbacks

Setup has few steps and not as quick. Smartphone connection is not clear and couldn't get to work. Improvement on this would make the product more attractive. This kit requires 2 power adapters, but only provides 1. You have to buy one, a major drawback.

Terrible user experience! Complicated! impossible!

They should take a note from modern security camera companies where it is so simple to set up and use. If you get stuck, you have to call their call center in the Philippines. There is no intuitive way to control this thing. Our ISP changed and now can't get the cameras onto that wifi. Password isn't working. Phone center can't help. user manual? nope. a useless online version that doesn't even answer simple queries like: forgot password. do not buy this! i wish i could return this $#!*...
