This is a great product because we can add more cameras in the future if we so desire. Plus we can access it on our phones, tablet or Kindle when we aren't home.

Easy to install. Fairly easy to operate with a few quirks. Had a question and called customer service. Operator lines were busy so they promptly returned a call. Operator was friendly and helpful which is always a plus. Can't save individual clips without downloading to a computer. Have not tried yet to see how much of a hassle this is.

It was easy to ibstal and visual is crispy clear. Great features. Cameras can be seen in uour smartphone by downloading an app. Very happy with my purchase.

Being proactive about security. Wanted to own my own cameras. Best buy installed and did a great job. I am very pleased with the product and install.

Have had this for two days. Have tried other systems and was not happy with anything until now. At first thought I had a dead unit. Nope my monitor choice was poor(the bigger the better). So far camera's are the best I have seen yet. Software is more than adequate. This unit may have updated software. Had no problems with software or hardware. Instructions are lacking (SMALL font)in the box.

If you are looking for a user friendly DVR unit and a simple setup. I would recommend this unit

The camera meets our needs, however there was no instruction manual to refer to when we needed to fine tune the settings. We have struggled to get things set to where we needed them. In addition to that customer service was not very helpful.

The system was very easy to install and setup. The remote viewing feature was a breeze to setup with my phone and my tablet. Highly recommend this product.

Quality is ok. App works good. Installed it with a pro.

Over all it's good sistem there is tow 720p cameras for inside and tow 1080p for outside them are very clear and work good, my only problem is that the app needs some work like to able to record on the app and also to be able to zoom like night owl dose swan needs to work on their app other than that works fine, I was out the country end I could check my house from time to time with this cameras

Cannot get it upload to view on computer or phone.

Day/night vision is simply clear and great, but app for viewing is horrible. I continue to get an error message and am tired of contacting SWANN every single time to get the issue fixed! Irritating!

Would not buy again...should have returned it day after I bought it! Cameras are great and are easy to connect to the dvr but getting everything connected and working is the problem! The main problem is there is NO documentation with this unit...at all. In the box or online!
