I bought a total of 5 of this same system and install for customers for their home no complaints.

Easy to use easy to install great product I have had no problems I definitely love this product

This is in AL. and my son can see what's going on around and in his house and he is in CA.

after figuring out mounting outside and drilling through concrete to run the included wires, I was able to plug and play.

So far so good... Wiring was a little bit of work but worth the piece of mind...

I would have given this a 5 star rating but I could not get the download SwannView program to work. Even after several tips from the Swann support. This is not a big deal if you are not wanting to look at the cameras on your cell phone while away from home. It could be I just don't the settings right as I'm not a super geek. Works great on the monitor and DVR. Much clearer tan a wireless camera setup would have been even though running the wires through the vaulted ceiling was a pain.

Very easy to setup and operate, affordable price and dependable

This was a great purchase. The cameras fit great throughout my house due that my house is white.

The Swann system was easily installed by my husband and we are very pleased with this product.

Super easy install and set up, going to buy the same set up for my parents home.

Camera has awesome clarity. They also come with a nice amount of cable so you can strategically place them.

The cameras have great viewing quality, easy to use and somewhat easy to set up.

Had a problem with one of the cameras not working and had to return. Otherwise looks like a good system.

Easy-to-use at a good price. Mobil application isn't easy-to-use

An eight camera system. They give you only four cameras, two good and two out of date. They give you a power supply only good for four cameras. You must buy an extra power supply and four more cameras. This cost more then the whole original system. Next, Best Buy won!t bother to stock cameras. I had to buy them From another company.

I purchased this item because my car was tampered with. I am a contractor, so setup was pretty easy, fishing wires, cutting holes, mounting....check! Once you get the item to where you want it, well, different story. I called tech support because I didn't quite understand why this god aweful "easy setup"...not so easy. Tech said I needed to purchase a monitor. Then I tried to have a tech come out and set it up. Five days later I get a call from them to set it up. Another minimum of $250 deposit required. I vaguely asked how much they charged to hook up each camera. Differs from camera to camera? Really? The megapixel decides how much these "skilled installers" get paid? I have been off and on the phone. Only thing I can do is watch it from my tv in my bedroom. Oh, and I had to semi set it up via Facetime, in a hot attic where the box was, with my wife and a shaky hand..BIGGG joke!!

My expectation was very high for the this security system because it is suppose to provide the level of security needed for your personal used. Had it hooked up for a few days and watched it as the connections kept going in and out. The run was not but a few inches away from the box as this was just a testing phase.

Great system however still cannot connect to smart phone app
