Bought this back in February and had problems since i installed it. Had trouble with the app, customer support isn't good and the night vision is very bad. It's suppose to be 1080p bit it looks bad. Looks really fuzzy and it only lights up good in the middle where the infrared aims at. The app is very slow to respond and freezes alot. Only reason i didn't return or was because it took awhile to install and to take everything out again is a pain. Now 1 of the cametas already went out and customer support isnt helpful. All they want to do is trouble shoot and dont understand that the issue is the camera itself. I bought a samsung set and it's way better than this. More clear and the night vision is hd clear.

This surveillance camera is awesome ! the images are clear at night and day. The only reason I don't rate it a 5-star is because I had to buy extra 3 cables for about $114 to finish the installation. Also, best buy online service is absolutely ridiculous. Each time I call they charge my best buy credit card. I will advice that you always check your online order every day. I will never do business with best buy anymore. I had to cancel my first camera 1080p order online for a 720p/1080p but later found out that they had the 8 cameras 1080p in the store. Best Buy store associates always say to come to the store for any order you like to make instead of calling the best buy online. Once your order is place online the store cannot easily make adjustment to your order. Finally I got the 720/1080p and took it to the store for an exchange of 8 cameral 1080p. The footage are amazing. Other than best Buy playing me around and giving me all the headache and trouble I would have rated this product a 5-star. Once again my experience with best buy online services was horrible. Geek squard 1-800 number was horrible, It takes a long time for someone to answer the phone and at the end you speak to an associates who had no idea of what to do. Best buy and geek squrd online service had no good customer services. Be carfefull and monitor your credit balances. Once again doing business with best buy gave me the worst headache of my life.
