Works great very clear easy hook up for the price paid

It's a good camera system other then having to run and hide wires the length of the house. They have professionals that can do it but they are very expensive. Other then that camera quality is everything they say it is

A pain to install but worth it. Good clarity & quality cameras. Might need extension cords depends on the size of your house and placement of your cameras.

Have installed 7 of the 8 cameras. Easy to install and setup using an LCD TV.

The Swann system works great for me. The only problem I have had is with the mobile app when I loose power at my residence. I have to reboot my router and the Swann system when this happens.

For not having a security system at our firehouse was horrible until we got the swann system. We are very pleased

Great product I bought it for my personal use for my house the cameras are very clear easy set up everything included only thing missing is the monitor which of course can be your tv as I have it set up definitely worth the purchase

Good video quality, easy setup, and operation. Phone app worked great for a couple of weeks and now can only access within range of home network.

I was pleaseantly surprised how easy this was to install. The hardest parts of the installation were deciding where to put the cameras and drilling through the wall for the wiring. The recording unit is truly plug and play. I liked it so much I bought another for security at my arcade warehouse.

We are going to buy another set of survallance system.We tell friends about it and hope they buy this set.

purchase this system after some online packages went missing from the doorstep & next door neighbor's trailer was stolen off his property...now we both have cameras through out the house & i have 2TB of space to look back when i come home...so far no problems best investment made so far

Setup was simple Plug and Play with the included cables. I haven't had any issues with it as of yet. The only suggestion I can give is set it up slow. Once you mount your camera it's done. Take time or a few days making sure you have them where you get the best coverage you want.

I was able to setup and configure this system in a few hours, running the cables and mounting the cameras. The cameras have a sticker for drilling the holes, which is a lot easier than trying to guess, or making a template. All of the hardware for mounting the cameras is there, so that was also nice. I was also able to get the cameras to be visible over the internet, but since the network connection is too slow, the video is very choppy. No where in the manual, on the box or even in the technical specifications does it state the minimum network connection speed. I would recommend something over 3Mbps, but that is my only grip so far.

This is the second one i bought, first one was mine, second for my mother in law, i love this camera system and so does she, just can't figure out the time change in the fall, i have to switch entire system to Atlantic time, even though I'm in eastern time zone

This system works great and has a plead picture both day and night! The only thing is that I the system is giving me problems when attempting to connect to the Internet.

Working great so far. The only issue I would have with it is the mobile software. If that worked as good as when your sitting at the DVR then it would be near perfect.

I had a little trouble getting them started on my tv. The resolution was too high. Customer service got me going. Mouse wasn't working but I wanted a tracball anyway. The quality of the picture and recordings on these cameras is excellent day or night.

Cameras are exactly what I was looking for. Clear image on monitor. Be sure to increae pixels on settings on mobile device device. 3 easy ways to physically adjust the cameras to cover areas versus other limited cameras. I recmmend this product. I installed myself.

We purchased this after a robbery and gunshot through a window. It's great to be able to access through my smartphone!
